Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

No buying recommendation!
samsung d0 error. stuck button.
this error occurs when the surface above the switch becomes wet. this can happen when you are cooking and the pot boils over a little or you just clean up the surface with a damp cloth. then the cook top switches off completely(!!!!). this is an unacceptable condition that i experience again and again. this makes the cooktop simply unusable.
do not use ninja cookware or any 100% aluminum cookware. the heating elements switch off much too early because the aluminum quickly assumes a high heat. it takes forever for something to boil and cooking really hot never works with it.
after all experience: i can't wait to replace the cooktop. this is on my priority list.

Bad engineering
I have used the cooktop for a month now. The things my wife and I do not like.
The cooktop controles are hard to read and adjust. They need to light up and stay lite so they can be seen when on.
We both do not like the magnetic control knob its more of a gimmick. We find ourselves using our fingers to control the elements. The knob only works 50% of the time and is very frustrating.
The heat levels are 1 to 15 on the elements. 1 to 10 changes the elements about 20% and 11 to 15 the other 80%.
The cooktop really doesn't get all that hot on 15 and it takes forever to boil water. I have exclusive Samsung appliances and tvs in my house and never been disappointed but the product development team on this cooktop did not know what they were doing.

Disappointed and Frustrated
the entire cooktop shuts down if a drop or 2 of water falls on it. once dry there is a delay before any burners can be turned back on. burners are "off" more than "on". hard to regulate.

Poor performance on basic features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] None of the cooktops are electrically connected in the showrooms, so you can't actually test them to see how they operate in the store before you buy. The first cooktop delivered didn't work properly out of the box. The second unit is questionable. Using the magnetic knob to control the burner is totally erratic. When you rotate it there is usually a delay before the unit responds, and then may jump between settings. The alarm beep on the timer is so quiet, you can't hear it even if having a normal conversation with someone, or doing other work. Is this as designed?
On the plus side, having five burners comes in handy. The two burner sync is handy, and the pan size and simmer controls are very useful. The surface cleans up easily.

Beautiful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cook top is stunning. It made my kitchen look absolutely beautiful! It took us some getting used to we came off of a regular electric cooktop. But I must say once we figured out how to use all of the setting and read all of the directions. This cooktop allows for fast even cooking. It is wifi enabled, and the wide design leaves us with space to cook on all burners at once if nee be. There is also the option to switch some of the burners from large to small. I would definitely recommend this cooktop to anyone in the market for a new one.

Game-Changer for My Kitchen!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this Smart Electric Cooktop! It has completely transformed my cooking experience. The sleek design not only looks modern but also fits perfectly in my kitchen. The smart features, such as precise temperature control and app connectivity, make cooking so much easier and more efficient. It heats up incredibly fast and cooks food evenly every time. The touch controls are very responsive, and the safety features give me peace of mind when cooking with my family around.
Cleaning is a breeze as well! The smooth surface doesn't show stains, and a quick wipe is all it takes. Overall, it has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a cooktop that's stylish, high-tech, and easy to use, I highly recommend this one!
