Not 30 amp
I bought this almost a month ago, it's sitting on my counter still as I cannot install it. The website calls this a 30 amp cooktop but it actually needs 40 amp circuit breaker. Only you have to buy it and read the manual to find that out. As I am only allowed to review the product I won't explain why it's still sitting on my counter not returned yet. Through no fault of my own. That's for sure. Proper spec sheet would help a buyers decision to purchase this cooktop.

Unreliable product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the product 6 months ago, I am happy with the functionality and overall design, however, the not sure about the reliability. It quit working for unknown reason, so I called service support. A technician came and tried to replace various parts without success, now I am waiting on the technician to come back and finish the work. I am disappointed that I have to live without a working cooktop for more than 2 weeks, still not sure if it will be fixed when he come back with more parts.

Works great. Hard to get water spots off cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this about a month and it works great. Have to be careful with what kinds of pans you use as they must be magnetic. Only concern is that the top is a little hard to clean when water spots get on there still haven’t found the best cleaning solution to use to get it sparkling.

in order to recieve the promotion, a review is required. that being said i am building a house and this won't be installed for many months. however, we had no issues with delivery and we were even able to delay the delivery.
based on reviews at the time of purchase, this was the best option sold by samsung for induction cooktop for the money. we were looking for a induction cooktop with no knobs for a decent price, which this checks all the boxes, plus the cooktop comes with pans.
once i i get this installed i plan on updating the review.

Energy efficient and SmartThings
I was in the market to replace my old Jennair electric radiant cooktop. Since I have replaced all of my appliances with Samsung, I thought of getting Samsung electric radiant cooktop as all my Samsung appliances have SmartThings. I went ahead a bought electric radiant cooktop. Before it was delivered, I realized that radiant cooktops aren't as responsive to the temperature changes as gas or inductions. Since this model fits the exact cutout as electric radiant cooktop, I returned the electric radiant cooktop and got the induction. All I can say is I love it. As a bonus, it is much energy efficient that the former one.

Minimalistic design with great functionality.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this induction cooktop in late 2021 for a very decent price compared to other models out there. So far I am very pleased with its functionality and the WiFi option which is pretty cool. I would recommend this cooktop to other buyers. Another thing to note is that this is a very energy conservative design which only utilized a double pole 20A power source. A+ on design.

Induction Cooktop
I purchased this induction cooktop to replace an electric cooktop. It was easy to install. It actually only took my husband about 20 minutes, but the opening in our countertop from our old electric cooktop was the perfect size and we had wiring to the area from the previous cooktop. This induction cooktop does not have all the bells and whistles of some induction cooktops, but it is very reasonable priced and it is a definite upgrade from and electric cooktop. It is amazing how fast it can boil water and I love the simmer function. Samsung had an offer when I purchased this for a free 6 piece set of cookware. In order to get that, I need to write a review. I usually write reviews anyways because I often refer to them when making a major purchase. So, "I received compensation for this review but the review is my own”.* With that said, even if I did not get the free cookware, I would recommend this product. If you have never had a glass cooktop before, I would recommend that you immediately clean off any spills on the cooktop and I have found that Weiman Glass Cook Top Cleaner and Polish works great. You can get covers to go over your cooktop if you are like me and like to use that area for addition food prep. I was going to include a picture, but it will not let me for some reason.
