Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Less than a year and I need replacement knobs!
This item was delivered in March 2023 and after 3 months the coating on the top of the stove began peeling. Now after less than a year of use(when it was delivered we still had to wait a month to use it due to the kitchen still being under construction) one of the knobs is loose, all of the coating on the knobs are peeling off, when you take the knobs off to wipe the stove there are pieces of plastic raking off. I am highly disappointed and upset considering is hasn't even been a full year and the ordering and delivery process was so difficult.
I like the overall function of the stove however the quality of parts and appearance is poor. I would like to have my entire stove replaced or at a minimum the coating fixed and my knobs replaced.

Cooking was never so much fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently remodeled our kitchen and undoubtedly the Samsung electrical appliances were the best investment, this gas stove is impressive, it is easy to clean, very modern, with personality. I had doubts with the touch panel but it is very sensitive, and the best function is to control the oven from your phone, it is important to mention that turning on the oven was never so easy, advice activate the tactic panel lock to avoid accidents if there are children at home or when you are cleaning your kitchen because I go back and repeat turning on the oven is very simple and can be turned on accidentally.

Poor performance and horrible customer service
to get straight to the point the range panel stopped within two weeks of being installed. turns out the replacement part is on back-order so i will be issued a refun because i can’t even get an exchange. customer sevice has totally given me the run around and has asked for my purchace documentation numerous times. overall totally unsatisfied with the way they have handled the whole situation. i have been a loyal customer- bought my entire kitchen appliances and washer from them. might have to totally reconsider buying additional samsung products.

Nice design, great power.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range fits perfectly into my kitchen and looks fantastic with my other existing Samsung appliances. It has great power, and the grates look very sturdy, enough to hold several large pots. The only drawback is that the burner grates rubber pads are peeling off from the bottom, and the grates are scratching the surface of the range.

Oven won't maintain heat.
Purchased jua5 over a year ago and it was broken the day we bought it. We only realized now that it was faulty from the beginning. When the oven is set to a temp, say 400°, and we check the temperature after about 5 minutes the oven reads its at 320°. EVERY SINGLE TIME. We replaced the temperature sensor probe and the problem persists. You cannot cook food in this over. Unusable and not safe for your family.

Say no to Samsung from
Not Reliable!!
My oven has been in use less than two years. Was very pleased with it until last night while baking Christmas cookies. Noticed the cookies didn’t seem to be baking any longer and realized my oven temp was dropping. Turned it off and back on but no heat was being produced. Turns out that the ignition has gone out and needs to be replaced. AFTER LESS THAN TWO YEARS. Contacted customer service and it’s an absolute joke. Turns out my brother in law had the exact same problem with his Samsung range. Based on some digging I did online, this is not an unusual problem. If you want a reliable range, stay away from Samsung.

Great product for the price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *please note: i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.*
we went into this purchase interested in buying a nice looking, functional range, though our purchase also took into consideration the fact we didn't plan to stay in this home for a long time. the price of the range was nearly impossible to beat for the looks and quality; the delivery and install went very quickly and smoothly; and the equipment is functioning as advertised, which is exactly what we paid for. we are happy with our purchase so far.

Excellent range!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an old school range that had been there a while and replaced it with this. I really love the stove and it looks really nice. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because of the lack of any coherent instructions. It’s been a few weeks and there are some features we just can’t figure out.
