The oven is fantastic
I saw a lot of the reviews, but I haven't had any issues described by others. The only issues I have found is that the WI-Fi connectivity currently only works with the older Smart Home App (Not SmartThings), but that should be changing in the near future.
Other than that, the controls have worked great, the Flex Duo feature is fantastic (it's 3 ovens in one!).
My only 2 suggestions are:
1. I wish I could get the clock to stay on for more than 1 hour. I know it's power saving, but it would be great if it could be 3 hours, or have a sensor so it knows when someone is in the kitchen.
2. The timer alarm is pretty quiet and there doesn't seem to be a way to make it louder.

Shuts off during cooking
The oven creates disasters because it turns itself off during cooking and is unresponsive. This happens repeatedly and all you can do Is wait until it turns itself back on. Utter failure.

Good, but not Great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] these ovens take a long time to come up to full selected temperature. if i set it for 350 degrees, the pre-heat cycle will run for about 5 minutes and sound a chime indicating that pre-heating is finished; but the oven's internal temperature is still way below 350. i find i need to let it preheat for 10-15 minutes at 350 before it will brown cookies or other baked goods. i contacted samsung and they insist everything is correct with the oven. i also don't like the design of the gliding racks. they have a hump that makes it hard to slide baking pans onto the rack. finally, as many others have commented, the clock will only display for a few minutes before it goes blank and there is no setting to change this.

Clock Doesn't Stay On No Matter Setting
Brand new clock doesn't stay on even when you put it in the setting so it doesn't time out. Why doesn't this work properly? Screen goes blank and times out even when you turn that feature off. DEFECTIVE AND NEW

Fantastic thanksgiving
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Samsung double wall oven just before Thanksgiving this year. You know how hard it is to juggle turkey, lasagne, stuffing,beans,yams, pies and everything else we prepare for our families on thanksgiving so we have a fabulous family dinner. It was always so hard to time everything so it would be ready and hot at the same time. Well this oven does it all. Two huge oven spaces, you can cook in one or both, each has a separate control panel so it’s easy to figure out. It has so many bells and whistles that I’m looking forward to cooking and baking Christmas dinner. I never thought I would say that.

Excellent Quality and Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy using the Wall Oven with all of its features. The WiFi keeps me connected when I am away. Temperature of the oven was outstanding. It was also cool from the outside as the oven was running. I used a Dutch Oven on numerous occasions and the meals came out great. When first learning the oven I had to adjust to the temperature because the previous oven was off. After a couple times it was so easy. When using the Gourmet feature I was able to follow the instructions on the display and the meals came out great. I am very impressed with with this oven!!!
