Overall, great oven…
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As for the oven, excellent! The only disappointment I have with it is the clock does not stay on. When we bought it online, the analog clock was displayed and we liked the look. Once it was installed, we realized that the clock stays on for a short period of time, then goes dark. I checked online forums, there was no way to set it and have it stay on that I could find. The clean look is nice, would prefer to have an option.

Yes, i'm old school, This is a replacement for my Samsung double ovens that basically fried during self clean cycle. Preheat was relatively fast. Did have the smell mentioned in the literature. Still trying to have the clock stay on. never used an air fryer, so not sure how to compare that item. Love the steam feature.

My unit complaint is that the cover piece that is to be installed on the bottom (like a skirt), did not fit. In my case it's not a huge problem but I am slightly annoyed that neither piece provided would install without buckling in the middle. Strange!
