Lots of issues
The microwave turntable works only intermittently. I am calling for service -- I will see how that goes. And the reservoir light keeps on blinking saying that it is not closed -- it is as closed as I am going to make it. And the indicator says that the reservoir has water after I emptied it. Not happy with a entire suite of Samsung appliances (except the cooktop, which seems to be great).

Error CA-2 (2nd time in 6 months)
we purchased this in the 2nd week of november 2018. in late march, i smelled something similar to an electrical burn and the screen flashed ca-2 error code. it was fixed. it failed again tonight.

Turntable Woes
I also am having trouble with the roller guide for the turntable in my microwave. It broke soon after installation. The response from Samsung was quick and they replaced it. It is now 10 months post installation and it has broken again. The Samsung Care Service Quick tech came out, took pictures, and phoned for permission to replace. This time, the tech said that Samsung called it “cosmetic” and would not replace the part. This was even though the turntable will not rotate, there is an obvious crack in the roller guide, there has been no misuse, and it is still under warranty. I asked how I could appeal this decision, and he told me to call the 1-800 number. I did that, and was told that the technician had said it was physical damage, they would not replace it, they did not have authority to reverse that decision AND they did not have the phone number of the Samsung tech division that did have that authority. I was on the phone for almost an hour with them. I also tried to call Samsung Care Service Quick directly and after holding for almost a half hour without getting through to anyone, I gave up. So be warned: not only does the roller guide break easily, but it’s apparent that Samsung does not stand behind their warranty.
Other than this issue, I have enjoyed the oven/microwave.

Broken turntable
I have been looking for weeks to find the replacement piece for the turntable in the microwave. We haven’t had our 6months and it cracked just like multiple other people are saying. Where can we get the replacement for this? Is there a better design replacement that won’t keep cracking?
Other than that we enjoy the product but this is not going to be good if that piece keeps breaking every couple of months :/

-flimsy control panel (loose at the top)
-touch control interface could have been more simple. to use microwave, you have to touch four different buttons to microwave:
1) touch to wake it up
2) select microwave
3) add time (30sec)
4) start (lg products provide a touch-sensitive bar)
-no up and down arrow to select temperature/time, (only option is to enter time)
-oven throws out an extensive amount of heat from the bottom
-pre-heat to 350 takes 10 minutes previous 17 year old ge would take less than 6 minutes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about it a month ago and have only used the oven twice, the microwave daly and I have not used the convection oven feature as of yet. I have not found a way to press just one button for a minutes time in the microwave ??
The only other thing that I wish this microwave had was a QR code to register your product with smart things. The Samsung refrigerator that I purchased did have that QR code inside of the refrigerator, very convenient for any further use as it made it simple.

Amazing Flexible Cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was part of the upgrade kitchen option in my new house and it has been totally worth it. It is so flexing...cooking something small - use the top on convection. Want even cooking on racks - use fan bake or fan roast in the bottom. In a hurry... combing microwave and convection will cut the cooking time by roughly 1/3. And it's beautiful!
