Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Don't even think about it
I had this range for about 3 weeks. A sauce boiled over (on a rapid boil burner - go figure) and now the cook top is pitted. Apparently, this is NOT covered under warranty. I now have to pay to have it repaired in addition to what I just paid for the range. Very upsetting. It's a stove - food will spill. I cleaned it when the burner was cooled, but too late. Samsung needs to re-engineer this product. It's like having an umbrella that gets ruined when it gets wet. And how is damage that makes the product unusable considered "cosmetic" and not covered? I will never buy another Samsung product - not a phone, not a fridge, nothing...

BROKE AFTER LESS THAN 3 Months
I purchased this item brand new on June 23rd, 2023. It was working great until this afternoon. I turned on the air fry option, and it stopped working. The clock turned off, the buttons stopped working, and the oven light and fan stayed on. The oven locked, and nothing worked. I tried the breaker, the oven came back on the same, none of the buttons worked, and the fan and light were still on. I chatted with support, they were not able to help and claimed the warranty was out when it wasn't. They also asked several of the same question multiple times after it had been answered. It seemed like the person was in multiple conversations at once.... would not recommend.

Be ready to become a alive keeping it clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove 4 month ago and just recently installed it. Extremely disappointed with the glass top. Had to have it replaced ajust after 2 weeks of use. Even after replacement we are slaves keeping it clean. Everything sticks to it and hard to keep cleans We even bought a new set of pots and pans thinking it would help, but makes no difference. Smudges with everything. We replaced our 10 year old GE glass top stove as we remolded our kitchen and wanted new appliances.
Beautiful product but be ready suffer cleaning it.
If we could return it we would.

Great range but features aren’t impressive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this range but I probably should have just went with a cheaper one without the air fry or smart/wifi features as these features aren’t very helpful. The smart capabilities only allows you to set the timer and what you want to preheat the oven to but it won’t start preheating until you physically go and push start on the oven. And then with the air fry feature, I’ve learned is no different than convection except the convection fan maybe spins a little faster? I’d go with a cheaper version of this range that is convection but not air fry and wifi capable to save a couple hundred dollars on features that don’t really make any difference.

Slippery griddle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this model a month ago and are very pleased with it. The simmer burner is great for keeping a pot of stew at just the right temperature. The large front burner is great for melting most metals to cast small objects, but a bit large for most pots, although the 20 quart and 32 quart pots do well on it.
Our major complaint is that the griddle is very slippery. Fried eggs tend to skip off onto the stove when trying to turn them.
Be careful when using the timer while baking. If you push the "OFF" button to turn the timer off, you will also shut off the oven. Use the "TIMER OFF" button by holding the "TIMER" button for 3-4 seconds. That way the oven will continue to run. Learned this the hard way when the quiche would not brown.

Love - Love - Love our new range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this range two weeks ago. The features are wonderful. The first thing we did was use the air fry feature to fix french fries. They were great. Made pasta the next night just to see if the range really did bring water to a boil quickly. Boy did it ever. I checked the oven temp with an oven thermometer and it was spot on. I really appreciated that after years of using an oven that never was. These will be what we use most often, but I am looking forward to trying out other features especially the dehydrator.

Great Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love this range! It has lots of options for using the oven. The air fryer works great and reduces the number of appliances I need to own. The only thing that is slightly inconvenient is that you have to remove the griddle if you want to use a large pot or pan on the side burners. The stovetop is easy to clean, and the gas burners have performed well so far. I love that it is WiFi enabled so I can control it from my phone and I can always see if I accidentally left it on when I’m not home. It looks great in my kitchen and is a huge upgrade from my old range in both function and style.

Crappy features
This dumb range has an auto “on” feature which cannot be disabled. This thing drives me crazy, every single time you open the oven door when it is not on, it prompts it to start heating. It sits there taunting you.
Also the cooktop timer is hidden in settings, nothing smart about this thing.
Worst range we’ve ever had, they concentrate on AI way too much, just make a working oven that doesn’t try to predict your next move. Make things simpler. We are literally going to return this and just go with another brand. It was a terrible decision to go with Samsung, the fridge sucks too. Returning a few Samsung appliances.
