Horrible quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for a little over a year. It broke the control board so you couldn’t use the oven in less than 6 months. Went through the hassle of weeks waiting on an answer for warranty to be told to take it back to the store and they’d give me another one. Called the store to be told they didn’t have one in stock it would be 2-3 weeks. Local appliance guy installed a new control board for $150 and thought I was good. Little less than a year later it broke again, same thing control board just fried. I’ve had good luck with other Samsung products but this has been one of the worst

I like ALMOST everything
i do like this range, i thought i might like the griddle grate too - but i'm afraid to use it because of the mess it will likely leave. it also has a rather narrow surface on the griddle, so another reason i'm not likely to use it. i hope that either samsung, or an aftermarket supplier creates a grate that will match the other two. i think the center burner would be more useful under a regular cooking grate. other than this, i have no qualms with this range.

My New Samsung Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung electric range unit is awesome! No longer are the days of burning food. With the the Samsung Smart range I can now set a time for the oven and walk away confident that my pizza will be perfect with the automatic stop feature. I should also mention the time saved by preheating the over from my phone. The range also has an amazingly fast water boiling feature. Everything about this range speaks convience, easy button layout, easy to clean stove top, and last but not least it looks great! I completely recommend this unit to everyone! Thank you Samsung for creating another great product!

Modern Advanced Product that is very short Lived!
The control panel of the gas range suddenly stopped working within just a little over a year of use. When I purchased it was a bit of a stretch for me compared to other options available in the market. But I spent the extra amount to get the advertised features and smartness of the product. But unfortunately all was in vain as the main control panel stopped working. I tried to reach support for having this resolved but since I was out of warranty it would cost me and the total cost of fixing it would be more than half the cost of the new one!! so it ended up being used as a "DUMB" smart product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was Desperately in need of a new Range.When I got invited to be a part of the Samsung Range Campaign,I was so Grateful.My previous Range burners was so slow.I would be cooking all day long.My favorite feature in the Samsung Range is the Rapid boil burners.I love it.I can cook multiple dishes fast.The Range is Elegant ,Stainless Steel Design,Self and Steam Clean.The Oven is Huge and the drawer opens and closes smoothly.The Smart thing app is WI-FI and Voice Controlled panel ,you can Preheat ,Monitor and Adjust Time and Temperature.Samsung Brand produce Quality Products.I Highly Recommend the Samsung Range.

Expense Repair after 15 1/2 months.
I purchased this Electric Range on 1/29/22. It was delivered and installed on 2.3/22. I have a receipt for the purchase. A couple of days ago, the left multi-size burner would not light. My local Samsung authorized service person. The result is that the control board behind the knobs is causing the problem. It needs to be replaced. The cost is $423 + sales tax which is more that half of what I paid for the Range. I did not expect the range to fail after only 15 1/2 months. Over the years I've had many Samsung products and were pleased with all of them. But I am not pleased with this one.

Not what I had hoped
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an old coil stove. Having a glass top is very nice. Top is easy to clean. Mush easier cooking than with a coil top. Burners cook evenly. Stove itself is an attractive design. So far, it works as it should. Steam clean feature seems to function, but never actually cleans inside. Vent for heat from oven is located right behind the handle, so be careful opening the door. Bottom drawer is too small and flimsy. Nothing can really be stored inside. Burner and hot surface indicators are identical. Would prefer they were different. I also feel the hot surface indicator needs to stay on longer than it does.

Best gas stove I ever had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy cleaning. Very user friendly would suggest this stove to anyone in the market for a good stove. I love the smart things app capabilities it makes setting the clock and preheating the oven very easy. The non stick griddle is wonderful for making breakfast for my family in the morning. There is also a great deal of space to make large meals. The air fry feature is wonderful and also it's finger print resistant. Prior to this I never owned a gas range but I am absolutely blown away by now having one the quality of the food just seems to taste so much better.
