Very bad experience - Appearance faded in 6 weeks
we bought this cooktop as a part of builder package. after using the cooktop for 6 weeks, the front panel started fading out. seems like the paint used on front control panel is not heat proof. the customer service team shared that it is not covered in the warranty and the stainless steel can fade out after couple round of usage from heat. very disappointed with the overall purchase and a very bad customer experience. didnt expect that the cooktop appearance will fade in just 6 weeks of usage and its not covered under the standard warranty. definitely not a good buy.

Looks good, works even better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop replaced an older 4 burner gas cooktop that we had. The old cooktop basically had one setting, the high wasn't much stronger or hotter than the lowest setting. Boiling water and cooking anything took forever. Now we have 5 burners and the high allows water to boil so quickly and we have low settings that we can use without burning food! I love the griddle that you can put on top, it works very well for pancakes and quesadillas. It also has wifi capability but I have yet to set that part up. Not sure how I would use it for a cooktop. It is a beautiful black stainless steel, which now matches our fridge, dishwasher and oven! The controls light up blue when they are in use, which looks really good also!

Great Stove - Terrible Samsung Customer Service
We love this stove. The lighted controls are great. The low level in the central burner is nice.
But: there is a WiFi controller that sticks out the back like a sore thumb. We removed it. The bump up in the stainless is not too obvious.
But the griddle that came with it has a defective finish and can be peeled with my thumb. Neither the big box store nor Samsung will replace it.
I paid extra to support my local big box store, knowing that they would stand behind this. A visit today and they told me to contact Samsung. Rhodalyn at Samsung says contact the big box store.
This is terrible customer service.

BAD POLICY AND SERVICE
i bought this cooktop and many other samsung products last november. the covid delayed the delivery of my kitchen cabinets hence i did not have a chance to install the cooktop until yesterday (didn't have a cabinet to put it on until now). now realizing that one burner cap is missing. only 4 found in the box. samsung refused to give me the missing cap, stating that it has past 30 days. very disappointing that after spending over $10,000 on samsung products and am refused to get a missing cap! the website for parts is hard to use also. not clear on what cap i am supposed to use. this info is not in the manual either! very unhappy customer here!

Could've been a phenomenal cooktop
we replaced a 12 year old ge profile 36" cooktop with this unit and loved it the moment we tried it first. lights up quick and lots of intense heat when we need it. boiled water quickly for milk tea on the center burner and kept it simmering on the low setting without scalding the milk or boiling over. lots of space to cook with & the flame is even on each burner.
until this point, it would've been a 5/5 review but then came the clean up. my wife used the same scrub pad she's used on the previous cooktop and once she wiped the surface, there were scratched everywhere. it's so painful to see how easily the surface got scratched on the very first cleaning of the cooktop. it's so painful to see the scratches. the ge never had any scratches from the same non-scratch pads.

I'm in love with my stovetop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love love this stovetop. I love the 5 burners. I love how heavy the grates are - and how they take up the entire stove top so I can put something larger on it and I don't have to worry about it falling off. The griddle is amazing - I have used it for making tortillas and grilled cheese sandwiches. The burners come on instantly and have consistent heating. One word of advice - the cut out for this stovetop is more rectangular than some older cook tops that were more rounded . But overall, this is a great stovetop and a wonderful upgrade from my previous stovetop.

High quality, consistent cook top
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this cook top (model NA30N6555TG/AA) for approximately 1.5 weeks and have cooked on it basically every day, multiple times a day. It is very sleek and modern looking as well as practical and easy to use.
Pros:
The blue light surrounding the knobs are a very vibrant, pretty color, which makes it very clear to see which burners are on and which are off while you are in the kitchen... this is typically very difficult to see if you have large pans on top of each burner without any type of lighting, or if the burner is on low and the flame is difficult to see.
I also like that it hooks up to my Samsung Galaxy 10 mobile phone with the free SmartThings app. If I am sitting down with a group of friends for a meal, I can jump on the app very quickly and the app can tell me which burners are left on and which are off. This way, I do not have to excuse myself from the activities or discussion. I have had no disconnect issues and set up was extremely easy, also made easier with a quick guide sent along with the product itself.
The cook top came with 3 large and heavy cast iron grates that are also very nice looking. The weight of the grates make it very difficult to be moved accidentally when shuffling pans across the cook top. I have been able to heat tortillas on the grates themselves without issue and the grates have overall been easy to clean.
The cook top is a 5 burner cook top, with the powerful center burner which easily and quickly allows me to boil water and heat up food very quickly!
There is enough space to comfortably cook food on all 4 corner burners without pans hitting or being off centered from the burner.
Con:
No warm setting - on my previous cook top, i had a high, medium, and low setting however, i was able to turn it down under low, and it kept my food warm without further cooking. On this cook top, your lowest setting is low, which still cooks the food.
The Smart Connect LED indicator is right next to the knobs and is the same blue color as the pretty blue lights on each knob. I catch myself constantly looking over to make sure it is the indicator and not an actual burner on. I believe the indicator light would be better placed in the back of unit.
Overall, I am very pleased with this cook top and have had lots of fun cooking with and experimenting with this product. It's sleek, modern design will capture the eye of all that walk through your kitchen and the ease and consistency of use will attract those who love cooking

Cost to replace parts is insane, breaks in 3 years
Knob surface is metal but, inside is plastic. After 3 years, four of the five knobs broke. Replacement knobs are $180-$200 each. Look it up yourself, "Samsung NA26N9755 knob". Generic replacement knobs didn't fit. Buying a new unit instead, do not plan to buy Samsung again for any appliance.
