originally bought a better microwave that unfortunately the door was messed up forced into this one as they did not have the other extremely loud and dark

Everything is good overall. Three things that bug me... it's only 1000 watt, but I knew that when I bought it; the light is not bright enough to see your food cooking; the buttons need a fairly firm push. But, like I said, Samsung is my brand of choice!

2 reason why I couldn’t give it 5 starts. The first, the glass is so dark so u can’t see the food inside even when the lift is one. Second, the shiny dark aluminum looks very premium but is only on the face of the microwave, not on the top or sides

my main problem is that you cannot see inside while the table turns. this ia major problem for me. a reason not to buy samsung appliances again.

This microwave is not only efficient, but also very quiet! It heats everything evenly and has lots of pre-set buttons to pick from for heating. It is also extremely quiet, you can barely notice when it's running!

Am very pleased with this Samsung microwave. It does have a lower wattage than the one it replaced, but I think it does a better job on the food as it doesn't cook it quite as fast. Looks good, easy to use, good price

This is a very capable model, As someone concerned with power consumption the Eco mode is very useful. The ceramic coating makes cleaning easy. I prefer more metal trim and less glass on the door design. I love the blue led display. Overall great product for the price.

This is a good basic microwave oven. I have just started using it and it seems to function well. Time will tell how good a microwave oven that it is. It is attractive and it runs quietly..
