Samsung HW-Q900T 406W Virtual 7.1.2-Channel Soundbar System

The Samsung HW-Q900T features the same main bar and sub as the Q950T, but drops the rear speakers for a slightly more sedate 7.1.2 configuration. Released in summer 2020, the HW-Q900T sells for £1099 / $1299 / €1049 / CAD$1699 / AUD$1549.

brought two frame tvs, 75 and 60. plus went with the samsung best sound bar 900q hw. very dissappointed. sound is very varied. volume increases by itself. background noise gets get loud, voices go quiet. literally have to watch a movie with the remote in your hand. tried support.

The Q900T brings tv watching into a totally improved listening environment. Immersion is an apt description. As a retired professor of Audiology, I have an indepth understanding of how individuals hear and the influence of room acoustics on the process of hearing.

upgraded from an older samsung 2.1 soundbar (hw-k450 soundbar) and wow what a difference. the 16 speakers really shine in this soundbar. and the bass! the bass really shakes the room.one word of warning. do not use the included hdmi cable! it is labeled as high speed but i have my doubts.

Big sound without surrounds is possible. This speaker's side and side-width drivers deliver a wide soundstage. The up firing Atmos speakers are decent but as always down firing speakers are better. The two HDMI in ports work great with my LG UBK80 and Nvidia Shield.

the audio output from the bar is great, the sub woofer is pretty good to, however to do something as simple as change from tv audio to hdmi 1/2 i have to either have the smart things app, or walk over to the soundbar so i can see the small lcd screen.

Recently purchased this sound bar / subwoofer set for our main floor to listen to tv and also music. We are very impressed with the sound quality. Before purchasing I was concerned that the subwoofer would be underpowered but am very pleased with its performance.

unable to adjust any level, when i attempt ok i see the level in question then when i attempt to adjst it just raises the volume level and the treble, bass, front, center side , wide and rear stay zeroed out. spent 40 minutes on the phone with zero help

Very commanding sound from this soundbar/sub! Particularly on UHD content - it's face-melting!

  Screen placement on top is puzzling.

first the good - easy set up; we find dialogue to be clear; have enjoyed the q symphony.the bad: hdmi cable supplied too short to go through wall from tv to speaker so had to buy rocketfish 8 foot high speed cable.

Best sound bar I've ever heard! Works very well with Frame TV. Movies, music, sports, this thing is incredible.
