Samsung H6350 Series 48" Class Full HD Smart LED TV

Samsung's midrange UNH6350 LED HDTV series offers plenty of features and produces a very attractive, albeit not particularly dark, picture for a pretty steep list price.

  Full-featured. Four HDMI ports. Solid picture quality despite mediocre measurements in our tests.

  Disappointing dark levels. Colors look just slightly cool. Awkward remote.

Last year’s F6300 from Samsung was a pretty decent TV, although as always Samsung hates to sit back and let rivals gain an advantage, which is why they have now released the UN48H6350.

this is my first smart tv. Being budget wise, I decided to get just basic cable, which is really basic. But I figured out how to play my Netflix and it works really well. I even pulled up my facebook account just for fun!! I love my new TV.

  The price was the real decision maker for us. I have been thinking about a smart TV for a while, when this Samsung came up the specifications were the good and the size just right for our room. It has a good picture looking straight on.

  Very low viewing angle, picture degrades rapidly as you move away from 90 degrees. I would say the viewing angle is just about 15 degrees. I wondered if this would be the case with back lit LEDs. There are only three HDMI inputs and no RCA audio outputs to connect to a stereo system.

Difficult to plug in existing surround sound. No user guide. It's only available online. As a result, haven't figured out the "smart" TV part yet.
