The high-end Galaxy Watch4 Classic features a stainless steel design and a rotating bezel backed by a better software experience and more third-party apps than previous Samsung smartwatches, though you can get a similar experience for $100 less with the standard Watch4 model.
Attractive classic watch design, Rotating physical bezel for easy navigation, Bright, sharp display, Fast processor, Body fat and composition measurements, Tracks snoring, More third-party apps than previous Samsung watches
Short battery life, Third-party app selection still trails Apple's watchOS
The Wear OS-powered Galaxy Watch 4 acts as the perfect equivalent of an Apple Watch but for the Android ecosystem. However, although it's a great wearable that would fit just about anybody, the Galaxy Watch 4 fails to deliver in one key aspect that's ultimately the most important feature of a...
Stylish design, Bright and vivid OLED display, Excellent health tracking, Wear OS is a great match, Good haptic feedback
One-day battery life at best, Gimmicky capacitive rotating bezel, No Google Assistant support yet
“The Galaxy Watch 4 has great health and fitness-tracking features in a comfortable build designed for smaller wrists.”
There's no doubting that the Galaxy Watch 4 is another solid smartwatch from Samsung. It's slick, looks good and performs well in most departments. This is supposed to be a Samsung smartwatch, with Google software flowing through it, but right now it feels very familiar.
Nice, minimalist design, Good price, Feature packed, Slick performance
It’s a good question to ask. For me, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is closer to the Apple Watch though it’s not there yet. But I am fine with it because the Watch 4 is anyway not compatible with the iPhone.
Even if you aren't a huge Samsung fan, you'll find a lot to like....
An incredible smartwatch for Samsung phone users but a little underwhelming when it comes to battery life
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 will now gradually become for Samsung's ecosystem what the Apple Watch is for iPhone users.
Looks like and feels like a real watch. Nice and fast user interface based on the round dial. Comes with eSIM as well as lots of training functions and new health functions such as ECG and measurement of body composition.
Blood pressure measurement requires calibration using the correct cuff blood pressure monitor. Unlike its predecessor, it does not support the iPhone, and you only get full functionality if you use a Samsung Galaxy mobile.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch4 is the best Android-compatible smartwatch for the price, offering the same specs and features as the Classic model for $100 less.
Competitively priced, Bright, sharp display, Thinner than the Classic model, Fast processor, Wrist-based body fat and composition measurements, Tracks snoring, More third-party apps than previous Samsung watches
One-day battery life, Third-party app selection still trails Apple's watchOS
“The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic is a seriously capable smartwatch with comprehensive health-tracking features, slick One Watch UI software, and a mature, classy design that feels great on your wrist.”
I'm not really tech savvy so I don't use my watch for all the features that it offers, I mainly just wanted it to track my steps and workout. I wish there will be more options to respond automatically to messages, the keyboard is really small and hard to use.
The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is an incredible, top-tier smartwatch and another one of our favorite wearables. It is intuitive, has a wide array of smart functions and popular app support, and offers impressive fitness tracking features.
User-friendly, Lots of smart functions, Great display
Short battery life, Errors in step-counting
I have been waiting for Samsung to come out with a watch that has an ECG and they finally did it. I'm 74 and fairly active helping my husband with the farm. The ecg works great and I'm very pleased with the rest of the apps on it. I especially like the bedtime and health apps.
I use this with a galaxy s21 ultra. Mind you I am new to samsung. My husband purchased this watch for fitness. i use the heart rate tracker and the blood pressure. I also use the samsung health fitness workouts through blisslife.
If following instructions and best use for yourself it will suit any of your needs for: fitness, business, or casual use. Great new generation of watches from Samsung.
most days i forget I am even wearing this. it doesn't have a bezel but you can swipe to get to where you want to go.
I love all the features, and most of all that I don't have to carry my phone around with me when I'm doing things around the house. It's super convenient to be able to download my music onto my watch so that I'm not using battery life on my phone.
So amazing i bought this on instant savings because i had to always use my ohone or a handheld because i needed to keep track of time but this watch is a whole other level of amazing like a breath of fresh air
I gotta say I do love this watch, the features are nice, the sleep tracker is amazing, as well as the stress measurement, the body composition measurement and many other things, and after owning it for a few days I've noticed a slight problem.
Great hardware, looks sleek, not too large. Great battery life I am getting 2.5-3 days without charging with fitness tracking.
