Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Just not as reliable as they used to be.
We bought the washer/dryer combo about 6 years ago. Washer still working great, dryer started having controls problems after 3 years, where the cycle wouldn't continue. The plastic lint trap area near the door also warped and allowed clothes to catch/rip around year 4 needing repairs. year 5, the dryer became really loud and couldn't keep loads balanced and now, the housing near the drum is damaged and the dryer is no longer usable. Also, drying took longer and longer around year 4 and with the controls, we had to set the timer manually because the pre-programmed load settings wouldn't continue. also, the door latching mechanism wore out around year 5.

STOP!!! STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT BUY
I would stay away from this product! Samsung makes great TVS but shotty dryers. I bought this and it lasted a whopping 3 MONTHS that is right you read that correct ONLY 3 MONTHS!!!! stopped drying and would not get hot to save its life. When I put in the error code it doesn't exist in the system even after talking with Support, they can't find the error code which is beyond me considering they program all the codes. Samsung should be ashamed of themselves for putting out subpar product! again, I WOULD NOT BUY this product stay away buy LG or really anyone else other than Samsung for that matter.

Dries Quickly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After replacing an older dryer with this one, I have been very pleased. The dryer works great on sensor dry and is pretty quiet while it is running. It has a large capacity, so can hold all of the laundry that I am able to wash in the matching washer. A couple of other features that I love are light which my older dryer didn't have and the lint filter indicator. Overall, a very nice dryer.
I have a Samsung phone, so already had the Smart-Things app, but connecting to the dryer was quick and easy. It is nice to be able to see where you are at in the drying cycle without walking out to the laundry room!

Dryer doesn't fully dry clothes
This dryer has poor sensors and functioning and does not dry clothes well. No matter what cycle I use, or what settings I pick, the clothes come out wet or damp and take a really long time to get there. Even on the "extremely dry" setting. I've had the machine for a couple weeks and tried out all kinds of loads - clothes, sheets, towels - and it's the same issue with everything.
Also, I partially bought this dryer because I thought you could control it (meaning turn it on and off) from the app. You cannot. It will just show you how long is left and let you know when it's dry.
I'm considering returning the dryer. :(

Don't buy
DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER.
We had it a year and half. Ended up having a gas leak(yes a proper licensed person installed it). The gas regulator just went no warning just went.
the worse part is the Samsung care+.... Because this experience was so bad with them we will never own another Samsung product. We got rid of everything Samsung. Our stove, washer and dishwasher sold them all.
I can't emphasize enough how bad the experience was with custer service and Samsung care+.
3 weeks kept getting told a tech will call to get an email saying they don't service our area and oh here is a check for half what you paid. Absolutely ridiculous. Take your money to an American company.

Samsung EVERYTHING!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all and honestly to summarize how i feel about this product, so lastly, I'm on a mission to replace every single one of my houses appliances with a Samsung product. Not only are they reliable and trustworthy enough to have the ability to purchase one of their products and trust there wont be any returns. But their products work so well! They are up to date technologically. The sleak new designs add radiant and bold to my home. We always love showing off our samsung products, like our samsung washer and dryer, my samsung tablet thats ike a giant phone / computer. The quality justifies the purchase! GET YOU A SAMSUNG!

Hope you like high heat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer works, it dries laundry. My biggest gripe with it involves the preset options. You can't change the heat level on the presets. Almost all of them are set to 4/5 or 5/5 on heat. So, if I want to use a lower heat setting, I can only use the Time Dry which only has 5 time options. Changing the side of the door latch takes some time too. I like the Smart Things compatibility, saves time without having to go the actual machine. It's a good product overall, I just can't understand the prevention of changing the heat setting on the presets.
