We had looked at several appliances, this one in particular, has everything that I wanted. There's a lot more room than in our other one that was a side by side. The doors are larger, and I love how the shelves are adjustable to fit the milk and tea jug !

this appliance is big on the outside, but, difficult to work with on the inside. After almost a month, I still haven';t gotten shelves adjusted for easy usage. One door only has 2 full sized shelves, the other only one with 2 teeny useless ones. One shelf slides back halfway.

If you don't need much ice, this is a great refrigerator. I would rank it higher if it weren't for slow ice production.

I do not recomment this refrigerator because to the door design. Every other day somone in the household has a problem with this and the dors are found ajar.

This refrigerator is beautiful. I love the extra drawer outside...keeps hubby away from holding the door open looking for his snacks. I put all his food in the drawer. Roomy, easy to open and close. Can't say enough. Highly recommend this refrigerator

I have only had this unit since 5/2014, and performance and appearance wise it is so far doing a very good job. However, the noises that come from this thing are unbeleivable, it has clunking sounds, motors running and other things I can't describe.

We started out with a new Kenmore(LG version). We actually went through two of them because each of them sounded like a hair dryer when the compressor kicked on. They were louder than the furnace. Enter the Samsung. This is a quality product! It seems to be well built, and is extremely quiet.

I love everything about my fridge except the icemaker is too small. The drawer is perfect for the children! Saves on energy too. Very smartly made except the ice machine. Good thing we have a secondary fridge for additional ice.
