I was unsure about the stainless steel and fingerprints, the pocket door, and the ice maker. No children at home and no grandkids, so stainless front is great. I love the look. I do love the pocket door as well, easy access! The ice maker is slow and noisy, and I'm always in a hurry.

Like the design, the French door and limited door opening,. Use product as miin reefers tour/freezer. Plenty of room inside for both refrigerator and freezer. Owned it 2 years now. Good frig. My only complaint is ice maker jams up from time to time. I get a chisel and clear off ice thats blocking/preventing ice makes from dropping cubes. Not sure if theres a better way. The deli tray on the bottom requires that both doors be open to access.

So far, the new Fridge works pretty good. It's big and roomy and it looks good. One small concern that I have is the Ice maker dispenser. The ice comes out very slow. My old refrigerators ice dispenser was better, the cubes came out very quickly...

We bought this 3 years ago and for the last 1.5 years the ice box freezes up causing ice cubes to form inside the fridge. We spend so much time defrosting the ice maker and then cleaning up liquid that drip from the back of the fridge to under the bottom compartment!

Inside layout is very poor, after uses for over a month I dislike it. Ice Maker slow upon request, Doors are not frendly user, and you have to make sure they are closed or they can remain open.

My husband and I got this refrigerator by researching extensively quality of construction, look, size, and features. It is very convenient to have the large flat surface for trays and platters. Our favorite feature is the right door which is two doors in one.

It's a perfectly adequate refrigerator, and the french doors make access very convenient. The major problem is the door below the water and ice dispenser is rusting. A stainless steel refrigerator that is rusting. When I complained to Samsung, they blew me off. Stainless steel that stains.

I really enjoy my refrigerator but, it I quickly realize I should have paid better attention to how much it could hold. Not much room for bottles and gallons of products or containers of food. Not a good style for more than two people in household.
