We've had our refrigerator for approximately 15 months now and although I really like the design and flexibility with the FlexZone feature the ice maker has never worked properly; it freezes up.

Counter depth does limit space. Having two freezer spaces on the bottom makes access to frozen foods easier. Ice maker has had problems since beginning but since I waited over a year to get repairs, Samsung would not stand by product.

So far, so good. My wife loves the look and variable configuration.Don't know what others are complaining about the noise level for, as it is almost silent. If you read the manual, it is easy to setup. I'm not holding my breath on the longevity of the ice-maker, tho. All have failed in the past.

This is perfect Fridge ! The flex zone is perfect for storing beers and wines !

I really like the 4 French doors. Layout is great! The flexible drawer (lower right) is perfect for beer or soda. I love the functionality. I would have rated it five stars... but it makes a bubbling noise all the time. Sometimes it is worse than others. My home is silent otherwise...

Beautiful refrigerator the handles on it make it fingerless. Bottom left compartment is for freezer and thats perfect for me since I dont like much of my food frozen anyways. I think it is perfect for first time homebuyers.

I am extremely happy with this refrigerator. The best feature is to be able to change the bottom right section to either a fridge or freeze. This gives you so much flexibility in configuration. The in door storage has some odd shapes which impact what can be placed there.

I have had this fridge for a month now and I love it! It has so much room inside and the layout is great. I use the flex portion as fridge space as I don't need as much freezer space, having the option is a great idea! I have seen complaints about the icemaker but I have no issues.

We've had this refrigerator for several months now and absolutely love it! The black stainless is really easy to keep clean because it doesn't show fingerprints like regular stainless steel. The layout of the drawers and shelving make everything really easy to get to.

1. No more magnets holding photos and weird stuff on the fridge. I don't know what this fridge is made of but it sure isn't stainless steel.2. Kind of noisy but I don't mind the gurgling. It's kind of cute.3. Pretty crummy icemaker.
