Major Repair w/in 18 months
We bought this oven (or last year's version of it) in 2017. Two weeks ago we received an error message after cooking indicating there was a problem w/ the cooling motor? Almost $600 later our oven is fixed and nothing is covered by the warranty. How does a cooling motor break after 18 months of moderate use?? You'd think you buy a $2000+ oven and you'd get a certain level of quality but obviously not. I spent over $10,000 on Samsung appliances when we redid our kitchen last year...so far the dishwasher door had to be replaced and now this issue w/ the oven. Your customers deserve better Samsung.

Designed by techs with no interest in real baking
We bought this a month ago and I regret not checking the reviews first. The interface is a mess: we've burned multiple recipes just because the timers require a non-intuitive two-touch confirmation, the touchscreen is laggy, meaning you're frequently pushing the screen multiple times to get the feedback you want, and the temperature knobs make no sense at all (click back and forth to raise/lower temperature? On a rotating knob?) Oh, and the wifi/smart features don't work at all (thousands of reviews on the app confirm this).
The broiler is overpowered to the point of being unusable. High broil chars things in seconds, and even low broil requires you to use a lower rack to prevent burning too quickly.
It bakes things just fine and it looks pretty, so there's that. But I'm deeply unhappy with Samsung's inattention to detail in this very expensive oven.

Great stove
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy our new Samsung Flex Duo oven. I'm pretty basic when it comes to cooking which makes this oven perfect for me. It looks nice and it's easy to operate. You select your setting wait for it to heat up and pop your food in. It cooks evenly and quickly.
The Flex Duo offers a dehydration feature, which I have not heard of an oven offering. I am a big fan of beef jerky. Now that I have an appliance with a dehydration feature, I can start to save some money.
The only downside to the oven that I've noticed is that the temperature probe does not work with all settings on the oven.

Would give it zero stars
Don’t waste your money. We have had nothing but problems with this oven. Parts have been replaced. Still have issues. Uneven cooking on baked goods. NEVER have been able to use connectivity to App and WiFi. I ask for a replacement. Never happened.

Great oven with a lot of features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen remodel included a new oven. We purchased this oven because of the 2 level cooking function and being able to use the top level for convection cooking. Other double ovens we considered did not allow for convection cooking in the top. I have cooked several dishes since installation and I am very satisfied with it. Child lock on the display is easy to activate/deactivate. The display turns off after a few minutes, but is very easy to activate to see the clock or set the cooking parameters.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No one can believe this oven and that includes me, this oven looks amazing and it syncs with my phone and tells me when the food is done. I have not had such a seamless experience with a product like this before. I really like how it includes a built in thermometer and this takes the guess work out of knowing if I cooked the food to the right temperature. I can't wait to put this oven through the paces on Thanksgiving and Christmas. I enjoy using the oven and I am able to cook multiple things at once. I like the divider it gives me the option to cook two separate meals because if you know kids they never all want the same thing.

Some of the worst software ever made
it's so slow pressing things - can be seconds from you turn the light on before it responds. in the meantime you press again thinking you missed the button only to now turn it off again. the temperature knob makes no sense and too slow even compared to the sloooow touch screen. i've never seen a software update, so that's very samsung to not update their software like everything else they make. device frequently auto-reboots too, and a few times i had to turn it off on the breaker to get it to come back on. notifications are rather useless - for instance won't notify you when the timer goes off etc.

Great Oven
