Keyboard rigs can take up a lot of channels on a mixing board, especially if you like to run your keyboards and computer audio in full stereo. As such, stereo line mixers are a must-have, unless you’re willing to dedicate a huge amount of desktop or rack space to a full-sized mixing board.
This gem serves double duty here as my IEM mixer on FOH gigs(take inputs from FOH), then as a drum kit sub-mixer when we're all on BOSE L1's at venues wanting a band mix feed.
I did quite a bit of research before I purchased this pre-amp. I am using this pre-amp as the center of my rack routing signal from my PC, mic's, instruments, MP3 players and just about anything else I can think to plug into it via a patch bay I have it wired to.
It does everything I needed it for and more.
Easy to use and sounds great. Like others have stated. The swiss army knife of line mixers.
Single rack space is the biggest plus, but also adds a lot of flexibility in routing. A very quiet mixer too. Actually worked much better than I was suspecting at this price point. I'd replace it with the same if necessary. But it better not be necessary any time soon. ;-) Ok, Samson!?!?
