The Samson SR850 are good for neutral sound; they deliver sound quite consistently and have a wide, spacious soundstage. Their exaggerated treble response gives them a bright sound profile and ensures instruments have detail, brightness, and airiness.
Very good frequency response consistency., Spacious passive soundstage.
Mediocre build quality.
One of the iPad’s great strengths is its ability to be used as a recording device – but it’s not just for musicians who use it for instruments and vocals. Among its many other uses are recording podcasts, presentations, interviews and voice memos, and chatting via FaceTime and Skype.
Inexpensive; amazing audio and build quality for the price
They sound and feel amazing, works well as just listening and reference headphones also for the studio production. The comfort takes a bit to get in but once it's in, it's amazing. 10/10
i first used this mic when my music director lent it to me to record a v/o that would be played back during a musical theater production over the p.a. system. very easy to use and excellent quality pickup for all ranges of human voice. tends to record a little hot, so i trim it down in the daw.
I have used different types of Gaming Headphones for years, but always wear them one ear on, one ear off. This is so that I can hear when people that are talking to me. These headphones are GREAT. These are the entry way towards great media.
Awesome sounding headphones actually recreate's a closersounding mix that I get on my near field monitor . Much better than my closed studio headphones which now reside in the closet.
These headphones I just bought at Sam Ash here in Nashville, TN sound great, they are what I had expected. If I need more I will certainly buy then again. John Heinrich
Just get the Meteor Mic, and I will explain why this is important. I have so many mics, expensive setups, yet this unit stands on its own as the best because it is most dependable and reliable. Typically we rely on the headphone/mic jack to speak through our computer.
Bought these a few weeks ago.. Great mostly for the money ( writing off the top of my head here so please ).. Studio as they say aptly named great for studio. work Like I said great bang for the buck.. Sound is midrange as the price but for midrange these are great..
I'm not any particular audiophile but I do have a sort of sensitivity to notes, pitch, tone, distortions, hisses, statics, those sorts of things. I find these headphones to have excellent clean sound with good range (I can't say for sure because I don't have any uncompressed music anymore) and a...
I'm using this for recording with Camtasia screen capture software for training videos. It got me out of the laptop mic talking in a box sound. Quite pleased with it in all aspects. Sound, size, style - it works as expected and has improved the quality of my videos.
I love these headphones. I was skeptical about which one to buy but this one satisfies my needs.
