Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Roku Technical Team is terrible
Roku technical service called me twice, back to back then left a 4 second voicemail of complete silence, I called back...
Per Roku technical team there are 4-5 knowns issues with the Streambar that cause it to freeze, loose Wifi connection and reboot itself frequently.
I asked if there is a different batch/updated version where this isn't an issue that I can just exchange for, SILENCE..... speaks volumes.
Roku knows there are multiple defects, doesn't recall, apparently doesn't update/upgrade the fix the problem.
After a lengthy hold I was told that they would replace it under warranty. Not sure why it took half an hour to get there.

Great sound
Sounds and works great, found out after using it that you can hook up multiple phones at the same time with the app and each listening at different volumes controled by their phone with bluetooth headphones, great for night time watching, I think that is the best feature that isn't advertised!

A Seniors MUST have speaker
This is a fantasic little speaker!! For anyone that wants to hear the dialog on a movie or show. This is the BEST speaker for you. When you set it up it will have the background sound down so you can hear what is being said on the show you are watching. We haven't done any comparisons for the music. We bought this for the dialog. We would recommend it very high (more than a 10). We even bought a second one. We really didn't need the built in streaming device. We have plenty of roku's. It would be nice if they made just the speaker. Either way...it's the best thing since sliced bread. Love it!!!

The Clarity is Superb!!!
Bought for grandma who has a TV with blown out speakers. It is perfect given that it’s a 2 in 1 with the streaming device intergrated with the speaker. Not exactly a surround system but definitely better than a tv’s speakers. The clarity is amazing, however I personally like a lot of bass and treble which the speaker is limited with. The Roku side audio speakers reviews claim that linked with the this stream bar speaker will give you the whole surround system experience with plenty of bass and treble, I will definitely try it out. Regardless this speaker is worth it, particularly if you get it on sale for almost the price of a ultra Roku stick. Absolutely worth it!

Great Sound From a Small Package!
The sales lady pretty much sold me on the device. I came in to purchase a new tv and she said I would not be disappointed if I paired it with this Roku Streambar/Soundbar. I can later add a sub if I want to but at this point with just watching tv and movies this thing sounds awesome and is only like 12-14 inches long. I barely have to turn the volume to number 9 when watching tv but I did test it out with some music and it packs a punch. Just buy it first and if you decide you want some more bass then just add a sub later. Id highly recommend it and no I'm not being paid to suggest this.

Will not allow audio for over the airTV.
Will not allow audio for over the airTV. Too bad bc while it was connected the sound quality was crisper than what we were used to from an older sound bar. I would only recommend this item if you’re not wanting to continue watching tv channels over the air in addition to a streaming service.
Customer service chat room was useless. “Jenny” had me pressing the home & back buttons twice. She basically ran out the clock until 5pm (18 minutes) then said she needed to transfer me “to someone with more technical knowledge.” She then left the chat room. No one else came on, no indication of a wait time or anything. Nice. I’m returning this item in exchange for the simpler model.

Easy to set up and works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little hesitant about this streambar, but it is extremely easy to set up and use. After connecting it to the TV, the whole process was quick, and I was walked through every step. I just had to create a Roku account after being prompted on the screen. The streambar and remote are easy to use. The picture quality and sound clear nails are great! I love a good selection of free channels, and I love the options of being able to add additional channels or to buy movies and shows. I set it up on our main TV, but I may move it to the bedroom without cable TV so we would have options there as well.

NOT what I expected. Does not work as expected.
Received last week and tried to set up today. Wasted a whole lot of time only to find out that the set-up it not simple as advertised. I have Roku streaming stick on my older Sony Bravia TV and have already purchased and upgraded rechargeable remote. This new Streambar apparently requires use of remote that comes with it and requires batteries to now operate the TV. I've got no sound and am told to change settings on my TV with my TV remote. I will NOT waste any more time on this product and will return it.
