Ordered it March 8th, got it to my door on March 11th. Amazingly fast New York to Toronto, standard shipping. I can't say enough good things about this full frame short-telephoto, super fast f/1.4 lens.
Great lens for the low price. Approx 100mm on an ASP-C camera Needs manual focusing using live view, best used on a tripod with remote shutter release.
Have Nikon D80 and I could not set shutter speed in manual mode with this lens. Great lense but a constant shutter speed severely limits my ability to take varied pictures.
I had done enough research to satisfy my curiosity about the product and was not disappointed in it at all. It does what it says it does and that's all there is to it. The lack of autofocus might be a problem for some but it is clearly labeled and marketed as manual focus so this shouldn't be a...
Durable, Easily Interchangeable, Nice Bokeh, Rugged, Strong Construction
Very happy with that lens even is at full aperture it is sometimes hard to focus. That the cons of the manual focus. The image is nearly as sharp as the Nikon one.
did not focus with my nx300.

Absolute steal. I had been wanting an 85mm lens for awhile and there isn't a better bang for your buck out there. F 1.4 is beautiful and you can't get similar specs for nearly as cheap.
A very sharp lens for the money. Nicely built.
There is a learning curve with manual lenses so practice and practice more. I almost gave up on it, but I was determine to learn it for a project I had. That said, the optics are quite good once you master its use. For the price, you cannot come close.
