The affordable Samyang 16mm F2.0 ED AS UMC CS is a sharp, fast wide-angle lens for APS-C SLRs and mirrorless cameras.
Nice price. Quite sharp. Focuses to 7.9 inches. Available for multiple systems.
Doesn't cover a full-frame image sensor. Manual focus isn't for everyone. Omits optical stabilization. Some fall-off at corners.
This lens is sharp with low coma for night photos. It takes a little bit to get used to the manual focus but once you do its fast and sharp. It is better than the 14mm and other lens that cost more.
Consistent Output, Fast / accurate auto-focus, Milkyway Low Light, Rugged

Durable, Easily Interchangeable, Rugged
