I run a small independent publishing house, and just recently got this printer, thus I have finished my first run of a short run edition, OMG!! This printer is so smart, the quality so crips, and everything (all parts) so accessible... that I am so very impressed! It is worth the investment!
Awesome I’m So Happy About My New Ricoh Printer Quick And BEST Printer Ever i make over 1000 Of wedding and Quince Invitations and it work perfect with card stock and regular paper I love that is toner this is my 2nd printer.
My color laser printer was DOA. There was no problem with the return but it was a little on the disappointing side. The specifications for this printer are excellent and I may try it again.
So far-so good. Just getting all the settings done as I want (more than one settings window between Ricoh's and Window's) is slowly being accomplished. I have to play with it some more.
Very please with this printer. Exceptional printing speed and print quality.
I wanted color. After nearly two decades of using B&W lasers at home, I ran into a series of print jobs that were greatly enhanced by color -- but had to printed at other locations.
Out of all the printers we have ever owned , this Ricoh has been the VERY BEST. The toner costs and consumables are extremely cost efficient. We bought our first Ricoh C440DN 2 years ago. We do all of our printing for instructions, package labels, invoices, etc. with it.
I have used the SP C line of Ricoh printers for over 10 years. Normally, they are great. But as soon as I bought this printer, it was nothing but headaches. I had to call out Rcoh repair 8 times in 2 months!
Im pretty satisfied with this printer, use it for a home business printing memorial cards for funerals, I usually go about a year before replacing, I do a a lot of volume and it's just cheaper every year to just buy a new one with starter toners than replacing the parts, only problem is getiing rid...
We started buying Ricoh C430DN printers several years ago but recently a newer model C440DN. We initially saved a ton of money by using compatibles. They were $100 compared to $400. Then we realized that the drums (PCUs) were not lasting quite as long.
