For the money these are decent. I replaced two factory 6.5 woofers in a ‘99 Trans Am with the factory Monsoon stereo. I didn’t expect much of a product for the price as I was looking for an inexpensive replacement for blown speakers in a car that is driven very rarely.
Well made . Used it to replace a blown speaker on a rear surround sound . And works well as a replacement
Its a decent speaker for for the price. I know some people complained about low end, but box is everything. Use the 6.5 box in my picture. Make the port wall 10 inches instead of 8 and they will hit hard with about 50 watts rms.
It really does not seem to be able to reproduce low bass. I guess that is why the spec is not provided, unless there has been an update. I chose not to use it for my project, but I would bet the low end rolls off at about 50-60Hz, at the lowest! Not the 30-40Hz that I was hoping for.
Rather cheaply made. Ok for an outdoor speaker that I'm making.
Well its works fine in my Jeep TJ. I had to trim back some plastic in the center console and relocate the 4 holes. Not a big deal. Its probably not the greatest sound quality, but for 15 bucks, I don't really care. It's diffinatly worth the money.
Good Sound & quality made
I thought they would hit harder
I like the construction but it just doesn't have the power I was looking for. Good speaker for a replacement in bookshelf speakers or diy applications tho.
Great for the price, don't let anyone lose to you about this 6 inch woofer
