In Conclusion, the Pioneer PLX-1000 turntables are excellent for professional and beginner DJ's who want a brand new turntable with the same familiar Technics 1200 iconic layout and feel. The PLX-1000 has great build quality and construction with a heavyweight feel.
Familiar Technics 1200 Layout & Feel, Great Build Quality & Construction, Very Strong Motor, Solid Tonearm Assembly
Basic Turntable Features, High Price
Pioneer has officially announced their brand new analog vinyl turntable called the PLX-1000. This new Turntable by has most of the original layout of the iconic Technics 1200's that DJ's are familiar with along with some Super-OEM DNA and other minor improvements and adjustments to set it apart from...
After 6 months of use, I cannot be any more happier with my first ever set of turntables as I look to learn about mixing on vinyls! The build is solid, robust and easy to set up and look forward to spending many more happier years with this piece of kit!
A really good value for a turntable. They get so expensive so quickly and this has really everything a casual listener would want. The quality is very good and there isn't a lot of playing around with anti-skid weights hanging off somewhere. Pretty straight forward.
Only faults are: you pay so much money for a fantastic turntable, only to buy the cartridge separately & surprisingly, no usb point or Bluetooth. Someone needs to speak to the engineer.
Bought one of these, admire the heft and feeling of build quality, only for it to have issues with the tone arm wiring. There was no signal in the right channel, so only thing to do is return and wait for a Technics to become available. I really wanted to like this, and Im a Pioneer fan.
Lovely turntable great solid build great Hi-torque motor. I use to own some 1210mk2 but now I own the plx-1000 I would Highly recommend the plx-1000 over the technics.
Great turntable, solid and reliable. I use these for my home set up and I am extremely happy.
Went for these instead of the 1210’s and they are superb at a lower price point
Very happy with my purchase
Great turntable buil like a tank
I purchased this to replace a Marantz 6150 DD turntable that i purchased new in the late seventies as even though still in perfect working order i felt it was overdue for replacement.
