I was able to pair the device with windows rather easily - but the sound stutters, microphone is unusable, overall the connection is unreliable. It works OK with Android, although the ANC is mediocre at best, it struggles even with constant noise, like engine hum on a plane..
These headphones are notorious for cracking in the headband and the plastic separating from the foam. After 8 months, mine no longer connect via bluetooth or can be powered on/off. All of this is pretty bad, given that these headphones are less than a year old.
The hard cover is great and very useful during travel. The app is not great. It is slow, and does not have any useful controls. Even volume control is not there.
