Parrot’s new Zik 3 offer an embarrassing wealth of high-tech features, a sleek and comfy design, and world-class noise cancellation that makes them a top option in the high-end wireless headphone segment.
-
+
Comfortable and stylish design, Top-notch noise canceling, Features, features, and more features, Clear and detailed sound, even wirelessly
-
-
Highly processed sound signature, Mediocre battery life
If you're looking for a great pair of headphones in the mid-high price range, the Parrot Zik 3 have the sound and features that make them a Techaeris Top Pick.
-
+
Amazing sound, incredible noise cancelling, excellent design, and great features.

Battery life could be better, though charging is fast, and spare batteries are available so it isn't a huge issue. It might be nice to have a more substantial case rather than a cloth sack, but that's also not a huge deal.
Parrot gets a ton of things right on the Zik 3.0 headphones. Available in eight variations, they're absolutely gorgeous. The capacitive touch panel is still easy to use, and the Zik app allows you to tailor what was already a good audio experience into something that's optimal for you.
-
+
Lovely, comfortable design, Powerful adaptive noise cancelation, Great audio quality, Intuitive touch controls
-
-
Relatively short battery life, Spotty Bluetooth connection, Reliant on app to access most of the features
If you're thinking of upgrading from the Zik 2.0's, don't bother. But if you're looking for your first pair of over-ears, these should be on your short list.
-
+
Design, Sound Quality, Intuitive controls
-
-
Price, Battery Life, Smart controls too sensitive
While the Zik 3 has allure with fun features, it falls short on core functionality, especially against its price competition.
-
+
Excellent ANC, Decent Bluetooth sound (with ANC off), Wireless charging
-
-
Inconsistent sound quality, App mandatory for major functions
Parrot’s Zik 3 Bluetooth headphones are some of the best designed headphones I’ve ever worn. For the $400 price tag, they’d better be. Parrot offers eight different designs of Zik 3, ranging in colors and materials. From a traditional black leather to a bright red with a crocodile skin pattern.
The Parrot Zik 3.0 are feature-packed wireless headphones offering solid sound – but comfort is an issue.
-
+
Good active noise cancellation, Decent sound quality
-
-
Poor battery life, Uncomfortable after an hour or so
A frequency adjusting app and incredible sound quality, more than makes up for the ugly appearance of the Zik 3.0
-
+
Fantastic sound quality, superb app makes customising sound easy |
-
-
Quirky design, heavy
It’s a fair performance, just not one that’s going to place the Parrots high up the pecking order – even if they are one of the best-equipped cans we’ve come across.
-
+
Attractive, solid build, Effective noise cancelling, Added app functionality, Balanced, upfront sound
-
-
Lack dynamics, Bass needs greater depth, Rivals more insightful, Need better battery life
This pair of headphones is simply awesome! They are pricey, but come with plenty of cool upgrades from the Zik 2.0 model. I bought the 2.0 model, but wasn't overwhelmed by what I paid for that set ($399). The 3s were discounted by ~$150, so I could better stomach the features/price differential.
