We are sorry. At this time, we are not accepting offers on this product.
I've had this camcorder for approx. 4 weeks and have tested it under day and night shooting with and without additional light sources (white and IR lights). I also own a Panasonic HC-W850K which is a few models earlier and thankfully this one has performed even better to that excellent one.
I have been using the HC-VX981K since November of 2017 so I have had a little bit of time to get used to it and learn some of what I like and don't like. This is a good camera for the money. It shoots very clear video in 4k and 1080p and has a lot of great features.
this camera has built in wifi which is fantastic. we are able to use smart phones to control it once setup. wow. fabulous 4k. all around fantastic high quality camera. no issues.
Decent camera if all you want to do is record. This camera boasted streaming, however you cannot remove icons during live streaming from HDMI cable. Not a great choice and no info on this before you buy. Just beware, not a great streaming camera.
camera is good ,i would have purchase after price goes down,i could have save 100 $ :(
Night time and low light footage quality are not as good as they say. Tons of video noise. Yes it better then my 12 years old Panasonic camcorder but quality are unuseable, I test the 4k and 1080, play them on my 75 inch 4k tv.
Great camera Using it a BlackWing platform for super stable video. See pictures of my setup. The BlackWing platform can be used to mount microphone, LED as pictures below. If you're not a pro, you don't need the accessories but the platform is still a good deal from fotosafariproducts.com Check it...
Looks like it should work after I finish installing !
Demanding lighting conditions have always been a problem with videoing my mice. This cam is the best!!
This camera is being used as an unattended left angle from the stage, that is one of a 4 camera shoot. The problem with unattended shooting is using a wide enough angle to keep the talent in frame, and also being able to pan & zoom in post editing to make it appear the camera does have an operator.
