Desk has great functionality, particularly the 4x4 usb connection...can finally record kick, snare and a couple of overheads at the same time! The unit is robustly made...meets expected Allen & Heath standards.
Really nice with an iPad and Auria Pro app. I can record my guitar and vocals duo on four separate tracks with condenser mics on the vocals and get a really nice monitor mix while I do it. This a great tracking mixer of you are on a laptop or an iPad.
I purchased the product because I need to record meditations from a class I teach each month. When I recorded from my mp3 recorder or directly to the computer, the sound did not come out as I wanted. With the Zed-10 the sound is pristine.
I'm very glad I made this purchase which has been a useful and practical enhancement to gigs that I used to play acoustically. Sounds nice and very user friendly.
I do home studio mixing and this unit is very nice looking and performs smoothly.
Haven't had a chance to use the unit. It is very well designed. The layout is excellent. The size and weight are perfect for studio as well as live performance.
