These sound great. I love the control options on the rear for tailoring the sound to the room. Beautiful transparent tones. Clear highs and satisfying lows.
1st set I ordered never powered up. The 2nd set I ordered, one speaker sounds good, the other is only half as loud. I kept them, but wish every day i returned them and got a different brand.
These are my first REAL monitors (I've used many, but never owned, so I can't really compare them to much, other than the Creative Labs computer speakers w/sub I have used for... too long). These sound very transparent- just like I had hoped.
Sound sonically AMAZING, but they are not nearly loud enough. For a small bedroom, they may cut it, but in a larger room opt for something louder. Can't go wrong with the sound though. Punchy, crisp high end, clear and flat. Don't hesitate, just keep in mind the volume!
Love sound 3 ways..
Box was smashed and right speaker doesn’t work. Sending back the same day. I’m hoping this isn’t a sign not to buy these speakers. I was so excited to get them today and this was a horrible experience.
The sound on these is very basic. Wasn’t impressed.
They sound good, they're loud, but they have a LOUD hiss when no music is being played. Extremely annoying. Had to send them back.
About 15 years ago, I put together a home studio for radio production. Thinking that bigger is always better, my initial equipment included a pair of 8 inch monitors. That was way too much sound for my space.
Thin no bass... dont buy save money for rockit 5s
