The PENN Spinfisher V builds on that legacy with a full metal body, sideplate and rotor plus a water-tight design that keeps saltwater out. Anglers will approve of this reel's sealed HT-100 Slammer Drag System. For rugged durability, the Spinfisher V's main shaft is stainless steel, as is its oversized bail wire. Line capacity rings on the Spinfisher V are a first for spinning reels, and help you judge how much line is out, and how much is left. The Spinfisher rod is a super-tough yet quite sensitive graphite composite blank, with stainless steel guides, aluminum oxide inserts, and a durable finish.
