Simple controls, 2 channels, but in my basement it brought classical horns and violins to life. Jazz sounds like youre sitting in the front rows of a great recital with really smooth bass. My basement may work really well with audio, I have only tried two systems there, but IT SOUNDS GREAT.
Sound is fuller and crisper than my previous integrated amp. I especially like the Alan Cooper-esque big volume button and the phase bass switch.
Excellent integrated amp - high quality
It will not compete with much more expensive amplifiers, but for $300 it is a deal. Here's a tweak that seems to work for me. Hockey pucks are known as vibration dampers in parts of the audio community.
Sound quality is excellent for the price. Looks sleek and stylish. Very easy to operate. Speaker connectors are a bit fiddly, would have been better with banana type plugs. But there again you very rarely need to disconnect and reconnect.
For this price it is fantastic. Play my rega turntable through it and connected to Dali speakers. Totally recommended.
My system consists of the Elac 6.2's, an 8 inch subwoofer from Dayton Audio, the Audio Technica AT LP 120 w/usb, and this integrated amp. I wanted the amp to match the system, not high end, not low end. Mid end. My choice came to to this amp and the Yamaha AS 301.
I was a little sceptical because of the low price, I had read all the reviews saying how great it was but I wasn’t a believer. I’ve had it for a few days and have played it a lot. It has good bass even without the pmbass button pressed, which I always leave turned off because I feel it adds a little...
A superb piece of affordable hi-fi, highly recommended for anyone putting together a quality system on a tight budget
I am running a pair of LEF Q150 and this blew my class D small amp out of the water in terms of sound quality. Don’t expect a lot of power from this fella, I have to drive it at more than 50% to get moderate level volume having a baby around and being able to have a conversation in the background.
