OM SYSTEM 8x40 Trooper DPS I Binocular

I had plenty of time now to try out the Fujinon 8x42 BFL binoculars under different conditions, hand-held and tripod mounted, at night and in daylight. For astronomy, they are very nice for scanning the night sky and as a star hopping aid or finder.

Having not had any binoculars for many years, I hankered to get a pair.These binoculars turned out to be exactly what I wanted.I can use them with or without my glasses. No problem.The viewing is clear and large enough to be useful and exciting without shaking.

I got these binoculars for stargazing with my seven year old son. On the first night we used them in conjunction with our telescope, we found seven new Messier objects! They view is crisp and clear, and they are great for stargazing.
