I bought this a few weeks ago and barely used and I heard a cracking sound while it was in use and realized that the end cap had broken in half. Poor quality
You'd enjoy this juicer for the first few months. It's a great juicer, but the parts are flimsy, especially the Drum and Feed Chute would break after a few months and good luck finding the replacement parts in Canada.
Bought this 3 months ago. Been good for 2.5months or 10 uses maximum and today the clear plastic part closest to where it goes into the machine broke in 3 different spots today. I don't even want a replacement.
I’ve given this a really good run, I did not want to return it - I wanted to like it. However the pulp is not dry enough, which is a waste. Also the juice is quite grainy. Spend more and get a more enjoyabledrink!

I bought this juicer a couple of months ago after contemplating between several juicers and i’m so glad with my purchase. Exactly what i was looking for, compact, easy to use, light weight and most importantly very easy to clean!!
This is my first juicer and honestly, for the price, I can not complain. Yes, there are plastic pieces and only one year warranty but for the price, it is a good value and I was blown away when I tried the first juice, wow, what a huge difference when you make your own fresh juice at home.
Great machine , we used it for few weeks , it started making strange noise and burning smell. Could be just mine is a lemon, I am going to order one more time.
