Nikon 7x50 OceanPro Binocular

I often find myself in a canoe on the local creeks and rivers and these binoculars are amazing! I have big glasses and the eye reliefs are just perfect, as well as the comfortable grip being actually comfortable. 10/10.

I do public science outreach (for disadvantaged elementary school students) in the field of astronomy. Binoculars are great for sharing with users who may never have used optics of any kind; they are simple and intuitive.

These are great for when I go down the river near Philly.

I purchased these not for sailing but rather for astronomy. These update the Porro prism 7x50s so popular in the last century with astronomers, carrying forward all of their virtues - generous eye relief, 7-degree or larger FOV, flat, well-corrected field edge to edge, bright 7mm exit pupil...

The need was for high powered, quality binoculars that could stand the rigors of being in the field including weather resistance and rough handling. The Nikon 7x50 Ocean Pro Binoculars well satisfies this need.

Fantastic but 7x50 is too low for me

Love these, they look right, feel right and give a sharp view of the night sky. Not too heavy to handle as far as image stability is concerned.

The binoculars are a bit on the heavy side but this is a small trade in for the absolutely brilliant crystal clear optics. I am well pleased with my purchase.

I collect and review binoculars. I have owned my Ocean Pro 7x50 for approx 4 years, During this time I have bought and on sold 4 other Marine 7x50's binoculars. I have kept the Nikon Ocean Pro's for its superior optical qualities.
