Binocs are no good sitting in the truck. These compacts are easy to carry in a backpack or pocket, and still give decent performance when needed. Have owned several compact binoculars over the years and most leave you wondering what you spent your money on. These glasses do the job.
I used to have a 9 x 25 Nikon travelite binocular and it was perfect because you could hold it steady and still get a nice close image. The 10 x 25, on the other hand, and this is my second try, has just a little too much magnification to hand-hold steady - its too bad because the clarity and...
Needed lightweight and small. These are. I had an old pair of Celestron same size. Probably should have gotten those again. Anyway, ok for the purpose needed. I wouldn't recommend for everyday use watching the birds in the backyard. But, you get what you pay for.
Took these to Mach Piccu and the Galapagos. We often carried a lot of gear but found these bins added very little weigh and gave excellence performance.
Will get a harness for our next outing!
The lens covers should be attached together and capable of being attached to the binoculars.
User friendly - clear pics - lightweight too!
I picked this camera for closeups of objects and pictures of family activities.
Small size Easy focus Very sharp image Purchased for African safari
The only negative is the eye cup protectors, they could be better.
I have spent up to $400.00 and nothing has beat out the Nikon 10 X 25 Travelite Binoculars. I have tried other Nikon, Leupould, Bushnell, etc. You really have to spend a lot more to get better optics.
