I see that a lot of people are not happy about the machine or the coffee or the absence of on/off button. As far as the button goes, it's so easy to use that after using it literally once or twice the fact that this specific machine doesn't come with the button will not bother you a bit.

Mine also did not come with an on/off switch. I called nespresso and it turns out that this model does not have one. It is a power saving feature. This is all explained in the manual. I like the taste of the espresso but would like it if it was hotter.

The best investment I have done. I don't remember the last time I went to a Starbucks. The customer support is great, the quality of the espresso is superior and the Aeroccino makes froth cold or hot.

This thing is awesome. I have been using one of these at work for quite some time and finally purchased one for home. The milk foamer is new for me and it seems to work pretty well.

Mine arrived yesterday. It does not have an On/Off switch. There is one in indicated in the directions and in the photo. There is an outline for where there SHOULD be a button, except, there's no button.

Very easy to use and clean. I've used an espresso machine for years and swapped it out for this which proved to be a great purchase. No more measuring and tamping down grinds followed by a messy clean up. There are two buttons which give options for beverage size.

While this product works as advertised, it was delivered with missing parts.
