With a platform of a unique product line built from the ground up, the Natal Ash Series offers the pro features that professional or serious hobbyist drummers require. A straight grained wood, Ash is tough yet flexible, ideal for snare drums. Using Ash as an inner ply and composite laminate produces highly responsive shells with rich attack while maintaining a versatile tone. Ash has a short resonance with clipped sustain which gives toms extra power, punch and projection. All Ash shells are 6-ply and feature exclusive PET and PVC wrap finishes.The hardware features rounded lugs branded with the Natal "Sun" and Natal's NRM (Natal Resonance Mount) tom mounting system which utilizes an aluminum ball for enhanced durability. Each tom has two die-cast Natal badges featuring the ‘Sun' logo. The bass drum features a wood I.D. badge, as well as hefty, custom bass drum spurs for a stable low end. Additionally, a tri-position snare throw off will give a drummer flexibility in a set or band with a wide range.Furthermore, the Natal US Fusion 22 configuration provides both a cutting top end projection and punch with the 10-inch tom, and great low end rumble with the 16-inch floor tom.Cymbals and hardware sold separately.
