Very Happy
I got this grill a few weeks ago (March 2020) I have used it quite a few times so far and I must say I am very happy. Overall build quality is very good, nice stainless steal throughout, and collapsible side shelves for easier storage.
The inferred side burner is great, super hot super fast and fantastic results when grilling steaks.
The only thing that I would say on a negative is, it does seem to take a long time to reach 400f and above in the main cooking area. If I could have a little more power from the burners id give it 10/10

Love this BBQ!
My boyfriend and I got this bbq a few weeks ago and we have been loving it! It was easy to build and is very sturdy. I really like the fold down prep area and integrated utensil holders and my boyfriend especially loves the side burner for steaks! This is a great, practical bbq, we're very happy with it and will definitely be getting a lot of use with it this summer!

Very nice product ... BUT
Pleased with the grill but found it a little strange that the back of the grill is partially open, allowing heavy rain to get in and fill the grease/drippings catch pan. I live in an area of daily summer storms so the pan filled up in no time, overflowed, made a mess before I was even aware of the problem. Disappointed with that design aspect. I installed a small piece of sheet metal this weekend that hopefully will resolve the problem. I don't think I should have needed to do that on a high-end grill like this. Other than that, nice product so far.

Enduring Quality
My first impression was how high the quality of my new grill is. Easy to assemble the heavy duty, well designed stainless steel grill. The stainless steel grills are easy to clean and the quick ignition of the burners makes grilling easy and enjoyable. The temperature gauge is easy to read and gives an accurate temperature reading inside the firebox. I especially love the side burner and the removable grease tray under the main burners, which makes cleaning easier than any other grill I have had. It is very efficient on propane usage and tanks are easily replaced and connected. The warranty matches the quality and design of the very appealing grill. I am sure I will get may years of enjoyable grilling.

Love this grill!
We've owned many grills but this is our first Napoleon. The sear station on the side is what caught our attention and we weren't exactly sure how to use it. After several months of use, the sear station is far more practical than a side burner. You won't need it all the time, but it's a great accessory. Heats up very fast and uniformly.
The grilling chamber also heats up uniformly. Having at least four burners, leaves plenty of room to heat on only one side, when you want to smoke fish, shrimp or meat. Yes, a smoker is better for meats, but this grill is prefectly adequate for smoking fish.
The components are of excellent quality, so we expect it to last a long time. Highly recommend this grill.

Poor build quality
Poor build quality. I hate to say it because I heard a great things about napoleons grills and I was saving for it a long time. After receiving this grill I had an issue with side burner not working and storage door rubbing on a button. After contacting customer service side burner was replaced under warranty and I also was sent a new door. New door didn’t resolve the issue. I tried adjusting base several times but it’s still rubbing on one side. After few weeks of using this grill I started seeing a little bit of smoke coming out on top side of the hood. I tried contacting customer service twice already but no luck. First I waited a long time but couldn’t get a hold of anyone second time I called I used a callback option but I was never contacted. I have to say for such expensive grill I shouldn’t have this issues.

Unmatched Quality!
I recently upgraded my BBQ to the Rogue 525 and it surpasses my expectations. Assembly took about 45min - 1hr and once built you instantly know this is a well made BBQ. Burgers were the first item cooked and turned out great but the real test was steak. Having that side burner just added to the experience as my steak turned out perfectly. This is a perfect sized BBQ for my growing family and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a new one or looking to upgrade.
