Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Excellent features on my prestige 500.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had other name brand grills in the past and the features on the Napoleon prestige 500 had impressed me so much when I was shopping for a new grill and it hasn’t disappointed. The grill heats up fast and has an even temperature throughout. Haven’t found any hot spots. The infrared side burner is a great feature to add a nice sear to your food. Looking forward to my first cook on the rotisserie which will be a cut of picanha steak. The stainless steel grates are extremely easy to clean and the glowing knobs are a great Safety benefit. I love the look of the grill.

Prestige 500
So far, I really like this grill! Seems very well built. The cooking grates are very robust. Heats up very quickly. Love the backlit burner knobs that indicate a burner is on. The side burner is great for steaks or hamburgers for just a couple of people. I haven't had an occasion to use the rotisserie yet. I purchased the available smoking box. The wood chips start smoking pretty quickly, so have your meat ready when you start the grill! My old grill was too small to cook when our family of 10 gets together, but this grill has plenty of room! I grill weekly and expect to get 10-15 years out of this grill.

Restaurant-Quality Performance at Home
I’m extremely impressed with my new Napoleon Prestige 500 RSIB, the build quality, heat control, and versatility are outstanding. The Sizzle Zone delivers restaurant-level searing, and the rear infrared burner makes rotisserie cooking incredibly easy. Assembly took some time, but the performance and thoughtful design features make it absolutely worth it. Overall, it’s a premium grill that has already elevated my everyday cooking.

Horrible experience - Terrible BBQ
My wife bought me a Natural Gas 500RSIB for my birthday and it's been a nightmare. I had it professionally assembled and installed. The igniters didn't work, so Napoleon sent me a replacement control panel. No instructions on how to install it and the videos online are only for the Prestige Pro and don't apply to my unit. I had to use valuable Fable 5 AI tokens to be able to get to how to install it. I had this all originally done professionally so I wouldn't have to deal with this kind of stuff. I'm NEVER buying another one and making sure all my friends know to stay away.

Great quality and perfect size
Leading up to the purchase of this grill, I compared buying a big box store grill vs the more expensive Napoleon. The quality of the Napoleon is far better than the cheaper grills. Better construction, solid, better grates, and comes with the rotisserie and sear station. The sear station is amazing. The only issue I had was the rear rotisserie burner was not getting hot enough. I took it off and put it back on and it started working correctly. So overall, great grill so far!

Seems to have trouble keeping constant heat
I've had the grill about 2 weeks. I've used it 4 times in that period, three times with the main burners, once with the rotisserie. The first two times I used the grill it got up to temperature quickly and stayed there throughout the cooking process. The last two times it took much longer to heat and would not heat above 400, either with the main burners or the rotisserie burner. I've cleaned the burners, changed the propane tank and nothing has worked to get the temperature up. I like the grill but I'm disappointed at the performance after such a short time.

Overall comments/suggestions/recommendations
..improved industrial wheels great. tiny grease collector under the side infared searing station very diifcult to access and empty/clean...curved grates great! burner system great! you need to supply a ligtning unit as an accesory that really lights up the whole grill well..one you have now not so good..would be nice to have hooks inside the cabinet space under the grill behind the two doors..even hooks on the doors wold be nice to have... build structure is solid and sturdy...curious if weight sensitive tank capacity meter actually works?
