Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

Defective Product with Zero Support from Napoleon
Haven't been able to fully use this griddle. Received with 2 defects - one affecting operation (one burner won't light) and one affecting features (knob lights don't work). Have tried every means possible to obtain support in resolving the problems (emails, on line forms, submitted phone number for call back, calls to support (4 hour wait with no answer and disconnected, reached out to vendor where purchased with no help yet, chat stated I should just keep calling). At this price point, you should get more than silence when you have issues.

Non Working Lights
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for our display floor and was one of the first dealers to get it installed and swapped out. Shortly after Napoleon recalled the item temporarily while they made a fix for the lights/knob issue. We filed a claim stating that they would send us a replacement unit or the kit to make the knob lights work but still have a non working unit on our floor.

The Griddle I Have Been Waiting For!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so excited for this new griddle! I paired the 32" griddle with the 32" 700 series grill and this checks all the boxes in my outdoor grill island. The griddle is built like a tank. The ignition has been seamless and the heavy duty stainless cook top performs great! Easy to use and easy to clean!

Great Built-in Griddle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can do so much on this stainless-steel griddle. Love the quality and durability of this griddle. I wanted a built-in griddle that I would not have to replace in a few years and this is it. It also cooks well and is easy to clean. Love this griddle.

Amazing Griddle!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Built-In 700 Series 32" Griddle is an impressive addition to any outdoor kitchen, especially for those who enjoy cooking a wide range of meals beyond traditional grilling.
Versatile Cooking Surface: Whether you're making breakfast favorites like pancakes and eggs, or stir-frying veggies and searing smash burgers, this griddle handles it all with ease.
High-Quality Construction: Made from durable stainless steel, the unit feels solid and built to last. The cooking surface is thick and retains heat exceptionally well.
Even Heat Distribution: The burners heat evenly across the entire griddle, eliminating cold spots and providing consistent results.
Integrated Grease Management: Cleanup is simplified with a well-designed grease trough and removable tray — a must for heavy-use griddles.
Sleek Built-In Look: It integrates seamlessly with the rest of the 700 Series lineup, giving your outdoor kitchen a cohesive, premium appearance.

Party
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stainless steel cooking surface is incredible. Have a bbq party with no problem! I don't have 28 friends but if you do, this is perfect to feed everybody and not have to cook the whole time.
Glowing knobs is a pretty neat feature

Issue with a burner
The griddle has has issue with the right burner since install. IT would take about 5-8 minute to fire up when the left burner only takes2-5 seconds. I have reported the issue to the store where I bought it. Awaiting an answer.
