Love this machine!! It does everything and makes your coffee experience goes to incredible level of independence. No more , drive through coffee places, that you spend too much for light tasting coffee. The coffee is everything you expect it to be , rich in flavor and aroma.

Nice coffee machine but bigger than I thought and I somehow thought the metal part was an off gold color but it is actually silver. It makes great coffee but has to refill and clean often.

Easy set up and looks nice although it is all plastic not a lot of stainless steel like most machines and the water reservoir is thin plastic

First one not working in 1 week and as I trusted this high end brand and second one not working after 1 year and 3’months

We bought Miellé thinking it was a too brand. These machines have a motherboard that cannot be reset. So once you get a programming error you’re done. In our unit we had to replace grinder for $200, then get a $100.00 diagnostic done in it.

Going from a pour over style coffee in the morning to something like this automatic machine took a little getting use to. We've made probably 600-700 coffees now and haven't had a single issue in operation of the unit.

Great machine, intuitive to use, really good cleaning design. Very pleased with it.

We love our new coffee machine. It uses a lot of water to clean itself but it is a great machine. Makes excellent coffee. No longer need to go to big chain coffee shop to get good coffee. (We bought it elsewhere a few hundred dollar more).
