Miele CM5310OB

Wife seems to love the machine itself, the specs on this page are wrong which, we were looking forward to the compact size to take up less counter space.

I ordered this machine a few weeks ago and was very excited about it as Miele is a brand known for good quality home and commercial kitchen appliances. It was a nice looking machine with shiny piano black finish. The first impression was that it was too big.

My Miele CM5310 arrived and right out of the box (after discarding first 2 drinks as instructed) the cappuccino was delicious. I look forward to playing around with settings to dial in my preferences but am already very impressed with the coffee flavour.

Visually large, clunky and plastic looking.{not indicating price point} Not user friendly.Water tank too small-{practically empty after one large cup and draining}.On/off button is sensitive- sometimes takes 2-3 "pushes" to initiate start of machine.

We are so happy with our purchase. This Meile is super easy to use, and very user friendly. Also it’s so quiet! Excellent espresso and specialty coffees!

Have had this machine for almost a year. Definitely built and designed to last. It demands the owner to look after it: the machine will tell you when to decalcify and degrease it, and it will not work if those steps are not taken.

We have it for over a year now and home coffee tastes professional after we got it. It has paid itself off with the amount of lattes and cappuccinos we have brewed with this in the past year. Amazing quality, get one…no regrets.

Steep price. Steep learning curve. Mediocre coffee. Will be returning it.
