In case of family laundry emergency, open door.
USELESS washer, faulty design! Our family bought this as a household Christmas present two years ago and it has caused nothing but stress, extra work and anger for us. It has no agitator so the clothes don't get moved around.. it just gently rocks laundry back & forth.
This is by far the biggest piece of crap I've ever seen or owned. I purchased a new Bravos XL washer and dryer combo in 2014. Not three years later I've had three service calls, and need the entire internal components replaced.
may be the worst product we've ever purchased. the loads too often don't run fully w/out a JL error message. this means you have to pull out all the wash and rearrange. it could take up to 5+ times of pulling out clothes before the JL error message doesn't display.
It breaks my heart to write this review. I was so excited for an HE Maytag toploading washer. Bought this product 3 years ago and it started leaking last week. We called a repairman today and he said it will cost $800 to fix and not covered under warrantee! Make no sense.
Bought this two years ago, at first worked ok, my old fashion washer washes better, worked alright but expected to be better espicially how much we paid ($800) Brand new with so called 10 year warranty.
Recent Energy Star and federal water saving / efficiency regulations and guidelines seem to have crippled the cleaning ability of most all modern HE washers (both top-load and front-load styles are affected...but can usually be hacked...keep reading for some ideas).
We bought this washer 6 months ago. I really like it. The one downfall for me is there is no soak only cycle. Sometimes I like to soak my white articles for awhile. We had our last Maytag washer for near on 25 years. Other wise it is a great replacement machine much more efficient that eh old one.
We've had problems from day one with this washer. It leaves lint on our clothes and developed a rotten-egg smell about about one year. And this week, it stalled in the rinse cycle. Twice. We had to pause it, raise the lid, and then un-pause it to get it to progress to spin.
I bought this washer a few months ago and it is one of the worst decisions I have ever made... Its supposed to be an energy saver but it takes wayyyy longer than my other washer and alot of times doesn't even get some of the clothes wet...
After a long research I decided to settle on this washer. After reading many reviews I still wanted to go for it. And let me tell you. It's the best washer I ever had. Bought from Petrillo's appliances, was much better deal and it's a dream come through.
