Great Prices and Great Experience
"I’ve purchased two TVs through Greentoe, and both experiences have been excellent. Best prices I could find anywhere, and both TVs were delivered right to my door without any issues.
My only mistake was forgetting that Greentoe offers a lot more than just TVs! I recently purchased applioances elsewhere and afterward realized I should have checked Greentoe first.
Greentoe will definitely be one of the first places I check before making a major purchase. Let's get the word out, and let the free market dictate prices. Craig Barton Scottsdale AZ"View article

I'm not sure yet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I have mixed feelings about this washer. On the positive side, it does a fantastic job removing pet hair. However, it struggles with stain removal, and I’ve noticed some items still come out with dry spots because it just doesn't seem to use enough water, and usually need to use the deep fill cycle. I also frequently have to pause the cycle to redistribute off-balance loads regardless of distributing clothes evenly before the cycle starts, and the machine prompted me for a tub clean surprisingly soon after buying it. It has its strengths, but it definitely requires some babysitting.

Not happy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not happy with my new washer. I have to keep pressing the power button before it will come on. Once the washer indicated that it was draining and showed a timer of 3 minutes. Over an hour later it still said 3 minutes and I could not use it. I unplugged it in order to reset it. When I tried to use the app it kept saying it could not find my model. Also the beep is way too low. I looked it up to see how to change that but was told I can't change it - to use the app. Frustrating. I just want to wash my clothes. I do like the feature of adding more water to a load for bulky items.

Save your money
Save your money, and look elsewhere. I was really excited to get this washer but it has been nothing but problems. It goes off balance frequently. It would just be a throw blanket and two towels and it will go off balance. My husband made sure that it was Level and we still have the same issue. You will then try to distribute the items in the washer and it will tell you three more times that it is off-balance then the whole cycle will restart. To turn the machine on the buttons that you press take a minute to function. Overall, it’s been a headache and hate that I’m stuck with it.

Think twice before you buy this model.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I always said Maytag appliances are the best. I have yet to figure out how to totally use this washer. Every time I go to program for meet load, it shuts down on me! Gotta wait at least 5 minutes before I can turn it on again. Sometimes it says there is no power to the washer. I need someone here to give me classes on how to use this washer. So sorry I bought this washer. I don’t like the digital and who it works. Another thing, you can not cancel and start over. It will not let you.

Many Features-Reliability Concerns
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is a warranty replacement of a similar 10 year old machine deemed unfixable. 10 months ago, major repairs had to be performed. The replacement operates and sounds similar to the older model and at times sounds clunky. After several loads it appears to do a satisfactory job cleaning the cloths. The larger tub is also a plus. Overall material quality appears less than previous machine. Not very optimistic that this machine will hold up for 10 years reliability is a major concern.

The best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually think this is probably the best washing machine I ever had. The capacity is huge the water control is very great I even have a faucet in it. It has many different settings and it also has a pet pro setting so that after you wash anything that your pet uses there's a filter in the middle that you just twist and pull up and it's got all the dog hair in it it takes it right out of everything you're washing so great. And I'm also glad that I'm with d&G again they took care of me last time and they're taking care of me now they are awesome.

When it works w/o issues it washes as expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer 3 weeks ago. The 1st 2 weeks this washer performed w/o any issues. 3rd week of using this washer after 6-7 loads of clothes I started getting a message regarding Power outage for the unit. It would not complete a wash cycle and I would notice the unit stopped midway through the wash cycle. Also at times the interface would reboot when I tried to configure settings for the wash. It's acting like a potential software update is needed because the interface is rebooting similar to how windows system on laptop/desktop would unexpectedly reboot. I did not expect issues with this unit in the 1st month much less 1st year of having this washer especially since it's a higher end unit

defective does not spin after wash
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is a replacement of similar washer that was defective due to it not doing a final spin after a regular wash cycle. Well, right after installation, on the first wash on new washer, it happened again. After the regular wash cycle, it does not do a final spin after wash to drain clothes. I read the entire manual to make sure I completed every step on the wash cycle to make sure I did everything right. I have received a defective replacement with the same problems as the previous washer. Will never buy this brand again. Now we are waiting for this replacement to be repaired. I also have to push the power button repeatedly to turn it on, as it does not turn on immediately after pushing the power button. There is also a strong odor of fumes or oil-like smell coming out of the machine.
