Like washer, but it’s a little confusing to operat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the washer I like the way it washes the clothes. I’m just finding it hard to figure out how to work it with no Booklet I’m not finding the answers that I need. The clothes smells fresh and looks clean. The only thing is I’m not sure how to operate it because There’s no booklet specifically saying how to start it how to pause it and it’s like I’m going in trial in error. I’ve been YouTube in it, but they seem to have the same information and nothing differently about why it has a start button and then a second start button that says delayed start, but it seems to make it come on.

WHY NOT OFFER TO EXCHANGE THE MACHINE SINCE IT IS CLEARLY DEFECTIVE AND, READING OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS, A COMMON ISSUE? THAT'S WHAT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT - KEEPING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. I BOUGHT MAYTAG BECAUSE I'M OF THE GENERATION WHEN IT WAS CONSIDERED A PREMIUM BRAND. CLEARLY THAT IS NO LONGER THE CASE.

Large Capacity Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my washer for 2 weeks that's why I only gave it 4 stars. I do wish it would have had a paper copy of the instructions. I'm still trying to figure out how it works. Its different from the washer I had before. I do like knowing the time for each cycle. I'm short so I will have a step made so I can reach the bottom of the machine to get socks in the bottom. I can't wait to wash my comforter and blankets. It's great to have a bigger capacity to wash those items. I hope I continue to have great experiences with the washing machine.

Getting used to it.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had it 2 weeks so it's hard to know how I feel about it yet. I do love the large capacity it holds to wash blankets, comforters and my dog's beds. I'm not sure about the "sensing" feature....which means you don't pick the water level for a small or large load... Instead, it "senses" how much water it fills for your load of laundry. And even though the top is clear, you can't see into it to check, due to the condensation (or steam) from the hot water that clouds the view. Also, if you forget to put something in, once the machine starts, you can't open the lid, unless you stop the whole wash cycle.
But it sure is pretty.

Had high hopes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer on February 2 2026. Worked great for the first two weeks. We now get an error code of power outage after every single load and if you press the deep fill button it completely loses power. We have to wait until the system reboots to try and to start the washer. We are now also getting an alarm about the load not being off center please adjust clothes and restart. But the clothes are just fine and takes about three restarts for the machine to actually run. The pet pro option really doesn't remove the dog hair like the say. I will say that our clothes do smell fresh and clean.

So far…..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I’ve done one load of jeans and one load with king size sheets using the Pet Pro feature. I was pleased with both. Two things that I would recommend improving. First I struggled to level the washer. I wasn’t able to budge the legs so had to put something under them until I can find someone to help me. Secondly the dispenser tray in this model does not have a compartment on the left so it also does not have a clip on the left making it insecure. It moves around. The Pet Pro feature did work and is a nice feature but I haven’t tried anything like a dog bed or blanket yet.

Is ok- kind of loud- spins clothes out good-
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far there are no issues-there is no button to shut off the beeping sound when pushing buttons- the agitator is only like 6 inches tall- it does seem to trap a good amount of pet hair in the agitator that you can remove and clean out- the machine is fairly loud while washing. It does a good job spinning the clothes out so they dry quickly. We had the previous model and the mother board just crashed after 5 year- warranty was a pain and took months to get it replaced leaving us no machine at all for over a month- would not particularly purchase again.

Need a better remote app!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer itself is great and the close come out feeling lkke they were washed really well. We use the Pet Hair option and it does a GREAT job of collecting the astronomical amount of dog hair our dog leaves behind!
Where Maytag needs to improve is their remote app!! It’s HORRIBLE na they need to invest in a programmer that can use the technology that’s out there today! There’s no reason the time remaining can’t be posted on the lock screen and the fact that i can share access but CAN’T share saved favorite cycles is a head scratcher. Update the app and make favoites available to ALL users and this could be a five star review.
