snack drawer disfunction; fridge keeps good temps
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The snack drawer initially kept falling down, but an adjustment by a repair person remedied this problem for two days. So now we aren't sure what the fix will be. Freezer shelf has a gap at the back, so small things fall off the back of it. The refrigerator functions well and is keeping things at perfect temps for both compartments, even when door is opened frequently. Compressor warranty is a very good thing for this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was for a garage ready refrigerator/freezer replacement. We bought local rather than the big box store. Slightly more expensive but service was key. Ticked all the boxes that we were looking for. Setup instructions are lacking in coverage and it only took two calls to the store to get back on the right track.
Guess the days of setting up are gone.

Meat Drawer falls out
The meat drawer in this unit falls out when just pulling it out. I've contacted the seller for a hopeful fix but the only solution will be a different design. All plastic is less than what I've always had in my refrigerators. The unit cools ok and also makes ice as advertised. This drawer is a problem. Cheaply made - JUNK.
