I had this microwave installed about a week ago, so far it has been great. It is very quiet, seems very sturdy and the door is very solid. The cook time is good, about the same as my old microwave. I have not tried the convection cooking yet. But this seems like a very nice microwave. Recommended!

Very beautiful machine. Only drawback is no quick heat setting, but I'm still learning!

We selected this convection microwave because, where we looked on line, it was WELL liked. Although nothing is perfect, we find this convection microwave to work very well and enjoy the many features. We have not had one problem with it over the 2-3 years of ownership.

This is a solid, attractive and quiet microwave convection oven. It is working beautifully in the few days I have owned it, both as a microwave and as a convection oven. It is significantly quieter than my previous Whirlpool microwave, which was a bonus. I did remove the giant logo on the front.

I have had this microwave since November 2017. I read in the reviews that it cooks slower than other microwaves. I think it cooks better, so taking a little more time is worth it. I have used the convection mode and it works great. I love the Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel.

No rice steaming setting like old one. Potato steam setting works as substitute.
