Touchy power button and hold to start button
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the washer complicated there’s too many buttons that don’t make sense, fast spin, delay start, old to start, oh my. The washing machine requires a step stool for me to get the clothes out. I like the dryer a bit better but the power button seems to turns the washer and dryer then off. I have to do over and over again to start the machines. And the hold to start button is weird too, it doesn’t respond taking a long hold time to activate the washer and dryer. The power on and the start buttons don’t respond well either.

Love the Pet Pro
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dryer, and the matching washer, about a month. I love the Pet Pro dryer - It really does remove more pet hair than my old dryer. With the combination of the Pet Pro washer and dryer, clothes are truly cleaner and more free of pet hair. I thought my old set did a great job, but apparently there were things that weren't visible after cleaning with my old washer and dryer because these filters remove even more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] replaced 18 yr old Maytag front loaders . issue is it takes over a minute to start the unit every time. Goes thru a reset (washer as well) ridicules . Once you get it to start works fine . At this point sorry we purchased these units

Strange buttons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we're very happy with the Maytag dryer. There is one operational thing thought, that is frustrating. The panel that controls the operation is simple touch pads. However, one pad only operates with a simple tap, nothing longer. The start pads is different, A simple touch does not start the dryer. One has to hold it depressed in order for the dryer to start. This is frustrating. Why couldn't both buttons work tge same way.1

Love my pet pro extra large dryer
